Found this video on my homepage. Not quite sure where this guy got it from, I'm guessing it's an unlisted video of Alex's.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eow1DJO_FZ4

TLDR; it's another pr0n game crossover anouncement (which he defends yet again.) He also mentions that the next vids will be announcing Osana's release date and 'the history of the development of Yandere Simulator', whatever that's gonna be.

This is his old EvaXephon channel, he rebranded it and deleted a bunch of videos; The channel url is still the same though.

kind of weird to have a porn spinoff with professional production values way above the main, unreleased game. I wonder how much they paid him.

"I've decided to ban myself until Osana is completed"
Lmao it's official, he's running for the exit now. Probably smarter this way, he'll get to maintain plausible deniability with his most devout supporters for much longer, meanwhile a botched Osana isn't going to attract any new supporters and is more likely to scare away more. It's interesting to me that this video makes no mention of a Hate and Shame 2 that got leaked, perhaps someone close to him managed to talk him out of it?

I do not know if people here enjoy seeing leaks, but I have some that I believe weren't seen before;
All of these come from my informants. You are going to see second-hand info, take it with a grain of salt.

Some time ago, I managed to see the first concept of the new UI.
As far as I know, all of this is functional - it's not a static image, but an actual in-engine view.

I had to remove the background and touch up certain elements a bit, so that Alex cannot trace back to the person who leaked it to me.
I apologize for the poor quality of the image.

I personally find it too cluttered - that UI would be a nuisance during gameplay.
Investigating the disassemblied code from the newest build, I can tell he was experimenting with it, but in the end decided to go with an alternate version that is just a re-color of the current UI with different fonts and background elements. This means that there is a high chance the concept presented above was scrapped.

While I am still on the topic of the UI, let me share some older concept artwork that never made it into the production phase.

This one is clearly a Persona 5 ripoff, I know for a fact that he liked it.
The reason this concept was scrapped is unknown, but I assume he realized that he can't milk Persona for content forever.
That being said, I like it a lot more than the previous one. At least it wouldn't make me epileptic halfway through the game.

For the final piece of information; There are some leaks regarding the kickstarter demo end-scene as well as some of the inner workings of his Discord moderation team, but none of them come with pictures attached.
If you think that text is not a substantial piece of evidence, you can stop reading now.

Demo end screen
Around 6 months ago, Alex was already planning on how the kickstarted demo should end.
His initial decision regarding the end screen, was to simply show a bunch of text outlining the kickstarter stretch-goals and then roll the credits.
I don't know what caused him to change his plans, but instead of displaying text, he decided to go with a playable-ending segment;
Here is a comprehensive description of what the scene looks like:
After eliminating your rival, the screen fades to black. You see the cutscene with Amai (the second rival) meeting your beloved Senpai after school, followed by info-chan sending you a message stating, that a new rival has to be eliminated. The screen fades to black once again, and you appear in a long hallway, with a white path and a pink gradiented background. As you make your way through the path, you can see visual representation of stretch goals appearing on pedestals to your left and right, along with their description. For example, you will get to see the new YandereChan model spinning on a pedestal, titled "original character models" and Ayano's mother on a pedestal, titled "more characters". The stretch goals that you get to see are the following:
- Original character models, new Ayano model on the pedestal.
- More characters, Ryoba model on the pedestal.
- 9 more rivals, Kizana model on the pedestal.
- Story elements, Saikou Corp CEO model on the pedestal.
- "Much more!", nothing displayed as an example (no pedestal).
At the end of the path, you find yourself under the cherry tree with Taro Yamada Alex's self insert character and the screen cuts to black, rolling in the credits.
All of this is a subject to change.

Discord moderation team leaks
I've decided to play a little game with the moderation team, and let them know that I have some mods working for me.
This caused a lot of distrust to develop between the mods and Alex, some of them throwing accusations at each other.
After AMZE started accusing one of Alex's volunteers, their beloved Devpai went berserk and started throwing tantrums about how everyone is trying to get his most valuable volunteers removed from the project, quote; "You just tried to get my most valuable volunteer butchered over a personal grudge, using out of context screenshots! :yanAnger:"
After all of that happened, Alex devised a plan on how to figure out who the "traitor" is. He began giving fake information to mods, one at a time, expecting one of them to leak it. This 30 year old man is playing a game of charades with his followers, and it is still going on. That shows well how good he is at community management.

Bonus
Investigating the newest build of the game, I noticed that new normal maps, created specifically for >2 years old textures are now present in the files.
Did Alex go back on his argument of "I won't be using normal textures, because that's not anime"? It took him 6 years to notice their importance, truly an exceptional person.

Eh. Only reason I don't have that much of an issue with that first one is because you're not going to see everything at once, so it likely won't look that cluttered...unless you do something to trigger every single thing at once of course. No matter what he's going to have issues with cluttering with all the stuff he wants to be implemented. The sanity and popularity thing for example really doesn't need to be on there. That's something that could be shown through different elements like the animations changing (which he already has. Whether you like the animations or not is really besides the point here), or the screen around the player changing effects. I actually quite liked the idea of the shadowy figures appearing and killing a shadow of your current rival. I don't think it was implimented to look quite right, but the concept is actually kinda cool.

The popularity thing...honestly he could steal this from Persona and it would work out. Throughout the game there's a popularity meter that shows up during loading screens. He could do something like that or even bring in one of the bullies hobbies in this case. I'm pretty sure one of the girls ran a gossip blog or something right? Just change it to she runs the schools website for some reason and on there you can see the popularity of every student. It could bring some interesting narrative...though I don't think he could write it convincingly given how the writings been going so far.

But already that would take that part out. It could be checked on the phone, on the computer at home, or during a loading screen. Then all he really needs at that point is the time/day on the screen...a map feels pretty pointless given the simple layout of the school and he already has the breadcrumb trail to appear to help you find your classroom. Instead just keep that and make it where you can select a location and just follow that. Only real use I could see a map for is to know where "Senpai" is as well as a rival or anyone else who might be a problem (like if they witnessed a murder)

Then anything else that appears on the screen would only appear under certain conditions and then leave. (E.x. the learning a new subject, a warning that you're carrying a weapon or acting suspicious, and the police timer.)

Can...can he please stop with putting these characters into games like this? I don't care what his excuse is it's weird and creepy...

You know what would be funny? If he tried publishing YS on Steam (I know, I know, it's still decades from now) and got denied with the reason being:
"This game is about a character that has been exclusively starring in porn games, so this must be a porn game too. We can't allow such filth on our store."
If it's banned on Twitch, there's no way it's allowed on Steam

Isn't Yandere Chan an Unity Store asset? Won't there be some legal implications about characters from an Unity Store character pack appearing in a commercial game? I guess Yan Sim can get a pass since he bought them and his game has a long way to completion, but I don't think he has the right to allow other games to use them.

Depends on the type of license

Twitch also has any game that is rated Adults-Only by the ERSB banned by default, even if it isn't on the list, and Steam does have some games with that rating on their platform (Although granted, the only one I can think of off the top of my head is Hatred).

Valve isn't going to stop Alex from putting the game on Steam just because it's been banned on Twitch, espcially since in all honesty, it's one of the more tame games on that list. The only thing preventing Alex from putting the game up on Steam is his inability to actually work on it.

If I remember correctly it was not because Twitch banned the game that people think Yandere Simulator won't be on Steam, but because a statement Steam themselves wrote about not accepting anymore games set in high schools. I can't seem to find a capture of the message but I am pretty sure I have seen it here and/or in r/Osana.

Goodbye Volcano High is getting a Steam Release (Which makes the fact that it was on the PS5 stream even funnier than it already was, but that's besides the point), so I have to question whether or not that statement still applies.

The screenshot didn't say that games set in high schools were banned, it was about games featuring characters in high school being portrayed in a sexual manner.

Never mind then, I thought Steam would have the same regulations with Twitch when it came to shitty hentai games

Steam allows porn games now, after the controversy with that asset flip school shooter game. Yandere Simulator would be fine on steam but not on store shelves.
