All you have to say is "Catalonia" people demanded independency, they've pretty much asked for it for centuries now, dating all the way back to mid 19th century, they've protested constantly, then the heads of Catalonia decided to put the polls and the result said they wanted to split, Spain just said no, jailed the heads and batoned the fuck out of the opossition. did the EU condemn this behaviour? not at all, no one gave a shit.

I admire the officers we see every night during these events who are restraining themselves and holding back because if I were in their shoes, I know for a god damn fact that I wouldn't be able to master that shit or control it. And the real truth of this entire thing is, if these 'protests' [riots] were righteous and all that they claim were actually true, there would have been people getting shot dead by police the very first night it began. If these gatherings and this movement were valid and full of merit, there would be NO gatherings now because they would've been put down within three fucking days. If these fucking morons were correct in their assessment that Trump is 'literally Hitler' and we live in a fascist police state, you would've seen people being lined up against walls [as they were in their utopian communist regimes] and shot dead. You would see martial law declared and soldiers opening fire into crowds. The fact that NONE of that has happened should be a potent signal that all of their claims are bullshit. They're allowed to protest, they can tear shit up and set fires and for most of them, they get arrested or hit with some teargas. But they have no self awareness so they can't understand it. They haven't studied history well enough because obviously if they're claiming that the United States is a fascist authoritarian state full of Nazis, they don't actually know what real fascism looks like.
Additionally, the fact that there aren't roving bands of their favorite boogeymen [white nationalists and Neo-Nazis] combing the streets with AR's just chomping at the bit to bag an unruly black man, proves that this is probably the era of the least racism ever in our nation's history. They don't see that because they don't want to see that. They live in echo-chambers and they only associate with people who think exactly the way they do. They consume media from sources they agree with and nothing else. If they see a dissenting opinion they get outraged about it and demand that it be removed, censored, silenced or banned. They've been inducted into a cult so they can't see that prior to this SocJus Crusade bullshit starting up, we were probably about as close as we could possibly get to realizing a post--racial society and mostly people were getting along. Unfortunately for them they're proving their 'boogeymen' right with their behavior and they're too indoctrinated and stupid to realize it. They're essentially building a god damn case for segregation even though they believe it to be one of the cruelest evils in history. I hate to bring back a dead meme but this is really a case of: "Then one day, for no reason at all, Hitler rose to power."
I still maintain that they're just useful idiots being manipulated and directed to destabilize, divide and destroy, by whom I don't claim to rightfully know but I have a few theories. Most of it's been covered already many times over in this thread but I am really enamored with the contrast here. They've essentially made a case, through their retarded behavior and bullshit, that really American police forces are some of the most-well trained and disciplined law enforcement in the world. They're setting buildings on fire and tearing down statues while the cops basically stand back, observe and hurl some teargas canisters whenever shit gets too rowdy. If there were really a racial police brutality issue, if police were really hard in the paint hoping to kill black people, they'd have a whole lot more martyrs than they do now. Instead they have to settle for making martyrs out of verifiable shitbags like George Floyd, Michael Brown, Ahmaud Arbery and Rayshard Brooks.

Also I can't tell if you're being disingenuous or just don't know cause a lot of stuff about Bernie seems to genuinely take you by surprise but the leftward tilt of the dems is them trying to catch up to Bernie and to a lesser extent The Squad and not the other way around.

Yes this whole "climate justice" thing doesn't seem far left at all. Also It very much does seem like it's about putting caps on things and the "industry building" is poorly defined and not explained at all how this will be accomplished.
He's making issues with the climate a racial issue which is far and away more left than anything Biden has ever said.
Everyone is on that page right now but Bernie doesn't describe his plans at all. He dabbles in big numbers to wow people but a large portion of his plans are completely unfeasible.

We've spent an awful lot of time over the past few weeks trying to figure out and then explain what is happening to our country. At times it has been depressing but it seems important. At this point it's pretty clear that nothing is what we're told it is. These are not protests. This is not about George Floyd. It's not about 'systemic racism', whatever that is. America is not a racist country. You are not a bad person for living here.
They are definitely not protesters, they're not even rioters. They're the armed militia of the Democratic party. They're working to overthrow out system of government, and put themselves in power. That's all obvious now. It's genuinely sinister. We're worried about it, we said that, we mean it.
But in the process of saying that we may have missed something else that is also true, as well as highly amusing: These people are idiots. For real. The angry children you watch set fire to Wendy's and topple statues and scream at you on television day after day are truly and utterly stupid. There has probably never been a dumber group gathered in one place in all of American history. They're mouth-breathers, they know nothing. They couldn't tell you who George Washington was. They don't know when the civil war was fought - probably not even to the century.
They say they oppose racism, and then they rip down monuments to abolitionists. They don't see the contradiction to that, because they have no idea who the abolitionists were. They think it's a band from the '80s.
A lot of the very stupidest people, by the way, are "well educated". They have all the worthless credentials we're told we should want for our children. They went to Duke, they work at some non-profit. They hold a good paying job in 'digital marketing' at Nike. Yeah, they're supposedly impressive, but they're not impressive at all. They're incredibly dumb, they fall for any lie, no matter how preposterous -- the more preposterous, the more likely they are to fall for it. And like small children. they're afraid of *everything*.
In California a hispanic utilities worker made the mistake of cracking his knuckles at a red light. The geniuses thought he was flashing a white supremacist gang sign, so they fired him. Poor guy.
In Oakland, Mayor Libby Schaff, who claims she went to college and law school, wow! mistook exercise equipment in a park for Klu Klux Klan nooses. Shaff then held a press conference to hyperventilate about hate crimes. Talk about textbook hysteria.
But it was also hysterically funny! For people this neurotic life is one long horror movie, they squirm in their seats paralyzed by fear. Even the simplest and most obvious decision become impossible to make, they're too afraid.
The New York Times just profiled a group of people just like this. This group lives in Annapolis Park in Minneapolis. After watching hours of CNN, they pledged to stop calling the police. Calling the police they decided, was *racist*. So they didn't call police. Almost immediately hundreds of mentally-ill homeless drug addicts showed up and erected a tent camp in their park. Then prostitutes arrived. Then caravans of drug dealers showed up to service the addicts. People overdosed.
Meanwhile neighbors cowered in their own homes, unable to sleep. One resident, a man called Mitchell Erickson, found himself cornered by two thugs who put a gun into his stomach and demanded his car keys. So Erickson finally broke down, he called police. And then he deeply regretted it. "I put those boys in danger by calling the cops," Erickson told the paper -- apparently not joking!
For the rest of us the question is, can people this damaged, this weak, actually run a country? And the answer is no, of course not. And we *definitely* should not let them!

Fuck this there needs to be some kind of regulation against this kinda shit. Yeah yeah I know businesses and what not should be free to fire and employ whoever they want. Also yeah the argument every lefty has been using lately, "free speech protects you from the gubment, its not freedom from consequences hurr durr". And no I don't want doxing to be illegal either.
But there comes a point where the power of a mob becomes so centralized and coordinated that it's, well like a government-esque entity. So then whats the point of being protected from having your life ruined by the government (jailed for speech), but not being protected from having your life ruined by the power of a mob (financially and socially destitute). At least if I was thrown in prison for saying gamer words the state will still feed me, but if the mob ruins my character and livelihood how do I pay for my meals?
And once again this all comes back to social media being a cancer that ruins everything. If this was the actual community that this nurse was apart of coming together in a private manner to fire her to possibly better their community in the long run then I wouldn't really have a problem. No we can't have that anymore we gotta have dumb fuck bitch from who knows where on Twitter saying "fire this bitch she said something I don't like" and then everyone from across the globe flocks to help in this moral crusade.
