Please! We all know when a woman you barely know and have only chatted with online a handful of times tells you "only as friends" what she REALLY means is "I'm all yours! Now fuck my brains out and give me a better life, you totally cool stud!" There was nothing creepy, possessive, or inappropriate about Russhole's behavior with Erika. She basically promised to be his wife and eternal fucktoy right then and there! Because he deserved it for all the trauma and discrimination he's suffered in life! She OWED IT to him!

Edit: Just finished Racket's stream and it was amazing. Definitely worth the wait.

Just out of curiosity, did someone give me a shout out during the super chats along with Based Skordas? If so, you don't have to admit it. I just want to thank you if that's the case.
It was all that digus Chad's fault! He kept these two hapless lovers apart! I'd wager he actually believes that.
Jesus I thought the police report would be lot more ambiguous, but butternut even readily confessed to it. Fuck.
He probably thought they'd just let it go, and was shocked to actually be arrested. I don't think he was expecting that.

I thought the kill list was supposed to be a prank that was misunderstood, Russ? Sure don't see any mention of a prank in that statement.

It literally started with "This is not a joke." Like I know police aren't gods of truth or anything, but I don't see how you can misconstrue that statement as anything other than objectively threatening.

Here, I clipped together the high school police report.

Holy shit thank you so much for this. I actually did a little digging quite a while ago trying to find more info on this because honestly it's an incident that always intrigued me. You know when Russ actually admits to a wrong doing (with lots of excuses and blame shifting, yeah, but in his "book" he does admit this incident in a much softer form took place) that it's gotta be something pretty bad. And holy shit.
This is not he vague "something will happen on ____ date" thing he was claiming before, or some prank to give everyone a day off school, this was a legit hit list with 8 names that I can guarantee were all girls.
But why write it in the boys room?
My best guess is to scare off any guys from coming in that day that may stop him, or if he had no plan to follow through, perhaps to get people asking about why someone would target those girls and get people digging up dirt on them and shame them for rejecting him? I'm guessing, but I am pretty curious. We'll never know the actual reason, since those are locked in the festering cesspool of Russ Logic and I don't care enough to watch any docs on school shooters because they're all just edgy losers who were friendless for a reason.

I also agree with what you guys have been saying about him lying about suicide attempts. How did he try to commit suicide by hanging twice but only once actually put a rope around his neck? Was he just miming it the other time?

He probably thought they'd just let it go, and was shocked to actually be arrested. I don't think he was expecting that.

Agreed. He never seems to be able to grasp when he's actually in trouble, let alone how deep. It's a pretty big indication of just how coddled he must have been and still be. Hell, most high schoolers would have at least go "frig, I'm going to catch hell when I get home" if the school even has to call, let alone if the cops do. To think you could watch the cops finger printing around your crime and still think it will all just be laughed off is kind of surreal.

He just wanted everyone to get a few extra days of Christmas vacation. They should be thanking him for writing a kill list in the men's room. He wouldn't have been arrested if weren't disabled. WHAT THE FRICK!

I'd like to think that the lawyer/mom and dad/a teacher/SOMEBODY has sat him down at least once for a real "Come to Jesus" style talk about his antics. It's not out of the realm of possibility, but I think his squash brain just doesn't process the messages.
People have tried. By his own admission people tried to tell him that his pursuit of Taylor Swift was insane. It just doesn't matter because his narcissistic brain is incapable of processing a disagreeing viewpoint.

I agree. We can see this in how he apologizes to the women he harasses. When he actually does apologize, it's a "I'm sorry you didn't approve of my actions, now give me what I want." He then expects everyone to move on and forget about it. I bet that's how it was for him as a kid too, he just had to say he was sorry and he wouldn't get in trouble because he was a sped.

Russell has admitted in his own writing that legal experts and people whose job it is to find jobs for other people told him that he wouldn't be employable in the legal field if he sued Taylor, and he did it anyway because he just couldn't let her go unpunished.

And then he blames her for not being able to get a paralegal job when all he had to do was nothing after being told she couldn't accept unsolicited music, like every other recording artist in the world.

He was 18 when he made the ”Kill List”. Until now, we assumed he was a minor and therefore the record was sealed. Can an adult’s record be sealed by the courts? How could he go from a terrorism charge to interning in the Utah AG’s office in a few years?
We don't know the disposition of the case. It might have been dismissed or otherwise disposed of so it didn't show up in a background check.

Oh shit, Russ has to write a cool new song to woo another lady judge with wooing words from a studly stud.
A WOO HOO HOO
A WOO HOO HOO
I wonder if it's occurred to him that trying to influence a judge might be construed as cheating and result in his disqualification? Naw, of course it hasn't, he's convinced it's the greatest idea ever.
