Nick Rekieta's Weeb Wars videos & livestreams - MULTIPLE SLURS

I have two complaints.

1. Typos obviously.

2. The fact that they waited until basically the end of everything to bring up the whole thing about them charging for the deposition prep while both Ron and Monica said on the record that they weren't prepped.

I would have brought that up sooner because that's one of the clearest examples of something not adding up and by mentioning it earlier it puts the thought into the mind of whoever's reading so even if they're basically sleeping through the whole paper, the connotation of a deposition prep snafu will stand out each time the deposition is mentioned (even without pointing out that there was a snafu) which makes it more likely to be scrutinized further and not overlooked.

That's more of a personal thing though because when I'm writing documents I try to purposefully structure them in a way that an assertive statement stands out.

This is probably a shitty example of what I'm trying to explain but I look at it this way.

You want to present an idea the first time around as strongly as possible because even the most thorough of readers will likely gloss over parts without meaning to, so if you want something to stick you present it as a statement at first and then return to elaborate and the elaboration sticks because your reader is already interested in the subject and is anticipating what's coming.

I blame the super chatters beating the Lemoine jokes to death even harder.

Superchatting faggots I hate:

1.) Nick, please take a drink for <insert pet name>/<insert relative no one cares about>. Assholes like you take the stream and do a fucking pity party, and your ass should be thrown into he ground under the casket.
2.) Sing this song in <insert person's name here>. You're not funny, kys.
3.) "In Lemoine voice" superchats. You're not funny, kys.

2 and 3 were funny the first time. They weren't funny the 150th time.

I hate the ones who want their kick pay me for their dying/dead relatives plugged.

Nick needs to put the kibosh on the "to-the-tune-of-in-so-and-so's-voice" bullshit.
Will you give him $20 for every time he would have accepted one of these superchats? Pretty much our only option is to use that one browser extension that Null uses to report every time Jim Sterling inserts his pro-wrestling footage into his videos, and cut it out for subsequent viewers.

If you don't superchat that I will.
I guess this is a pretty good option too. If you guys are willing to put up the $20s to turn this retarded pity party shit, and the Lemoine voice into a meme, then people will be too embarrassed to contribute.

I hate the ones who want their kick pay me for their dying/dead relatives plugged.
It's kind of like how the Chinese will sometimes hire strippers to increase the attendance at a family funeral.

Doesn't this firm - Martinez Hsu have experience before these judges?

I would feel the same but I must continually remind myself I'm a layperson and a furriner ... Ty's deficient notarizations merited all of one sentence from Chupp, when I thought it would be way worse.

Appeals aren't really like trial court. Trial lawyers are likely to spend months with the same judge, maybe hours at a time. Oral arguments are a one time thing in a case and very brief, usually an hour or even less. For instance, in an appeal of the church case (where Chupp got mandamus'd earlier in the case) also to the Second District, oral argument lasted only 39 minutes. That was arguably an even trickier case raising serious constitutional issues.

Think they ran" Blackface Lawyer" into the ground then didnt Nick use it somehow and turn the tables on them?

With how things are going. I'm surprised they haven't dragged out the Blackface Lawyer thing again.

It'll be brought back up again by the next batch of SJWs in some movement/controversy that Nick is commenting on.
Maddox's fans did, Anti-ComicsGate (the SJWs, not the CG apostates) did, and KickVic did.
I'm surprised Montagraph didn't and I can't remember if the Mountain Jews or Lillee Jean did, though.

The best part of Nick and the Drexel cosplay is that he owned it. He didn’t apologise, he laughed at them, asked why they found it to be racist and then brought on the guy who he cosplayed as and then he laughed at it.

Or the ones that super chat, "If you want QUALITY content on X then hit up my channel with less than 25 subscribers!"
Any plug requests are so dumb. Especially for GoFundMes. He really should have a policy of not promoting stuff, IDK.

I also hate the autists who super chat a really dumb obscure reference to some nerd shit as if Nick is supposed to know it.
