I checked his double checked his profile as well. He had no or deleted all previous post or comments before these two posts warning of the ban wave. on moblie it will tell you what communities a user is active in. It showed he was active in r/DeclineIntoCensorship, r/WatchRedditDie, r/IAmA, and r/gaybros. The last two along with the age of the account makes me think that this likely legit.

Wonder if this wave is going to finally take out WatchRedditDie. Seems odd to me it's survived this long when similar subs have gotten taken out in the previous few. I'd bet on subs like PCM getting banned for sure if this is true, though.

If I didn't know any better, I'd think "sex-positive" was a synonym for "gag-inducing". I've never seen a single piece of "sex-positive" media that was arousing in any way.

If there will be another banwave, I bet those subs will just make new ones. There's been purpose-built websites specifically meant for those Based Reddit refugees, from Gab to Voat, to sites developed by people close to RW e-celebs like Nick Fuentes (basedzoomers and zoomerchan respectively) and yet they're all irrelevant. They either end up becoming echo chambers or become populated by only 10 regulars that scare off any newcomers.
For all those people who dislike Reddit and how much Reddit loves to censor them, they're bound to the site and they'll always come back. You can't kill off a community nor its ideas for good.
At this point I can see BR getting by with its own handcrafted language and going off on purely dog whistles.

Even when you get negative ratings, your post will get highlighted if enough people react to it, so the polar opposite of what happens on Reddit occurs via an effective signal boosting. But if people disagree with you here, they'll usually only accuse you of being stupid if you don't enunciate your point clearly. When people explain why they disagree, they'll preface it with an insult generally, but you can't put much stock into it since it's said at best jokingly or at worst out of habit, especially when they follow with an elaboration as to why they don't believe whatever you're sharing.
If you find people on Kiwifarms think you're a troll or an idiot when you give your opinion, generally it's because you don't present your opinions in a way that portrays otherwise.

The main difference in that regard is that there is no real consequence to getting negrated. Your reaction doesn't really mean anything, it is (at most) an indicator of how well you fit in. Meanwhile on Reddit, getting downvoted and karma lowered affects how quickly you can respond to posts and can hide your posts.
