Official Physical Health Speculation & Cancer Discussion - hulthy just big

I love how she writes this when she has many followers who have commented about their own cancer experiences. Yes, Amber, many of the people you're addressing don't have to imagine, they already know exactly how difficult it is.

lmao she aint even had surgery yet. no hair loss, no chemo, nothing.
shoooooooo difficult already guise

likely because methmama is making her adhere to her diet

Exactly. It’s only “difficult” because (much like Diabeto Chantal) she has to face not eating whatever she wants when she wants, and it’s terrifying her more than some cancer or giant incision ever could. I would love to be a fly on the wall when she wakes up after surgery and experiences real pain for the first time in her life.

They must do things differently in Kentucky vs. the rest of the USA.
What would the doc have done if Amber could not or would not have someone else listen in on that conversation? Just not tell her the diagnosis and treatment options? Wouldn't that be like dereliction of duty or some type of refusal of care?

It's not like she and Becky are married or power of attorney has been given over to her. She isn't incapable of understanding and resolving her own care (that may be debatable, but she's not THAT mentally incompetent).
That doctor is asking for a HIPAA violation.

HIPAA police needs to come for our gorl. No way in hell a doctor would do that. At least here in the states.

Well, I guess freebleeding out of your period hole for two whole years is difficult. You know a rational person would do, Amber? No, not buy eareens and journals from Wommart. No, not order a haul of tarps from Torrid. And certainly not send Becky on a comfort food binge from Casa Grande. They’d see a doctor like a beanbag in a hurry. For fuck sakes, could you imagine having a patient like Amber and realizing her support system and responsible party is a chemically-lobotomized hick like Becky?

In the same way that it isn't illegal to have a spouse/loved one/close friend in the room with you when you are receiving information about surgery, aftercare, follow-up, etc., it is not illegal for a doctor to request that they have a "back up", or someone who is clued into the health condition as well... especially when, as mentioned before, the patient isn't very good at understanding, can't drive themselves, and is almost physically handicapped. All of this was of Amber's volition. Now, if he just started running his mouth to Becky about Amber's health information without Amber's permission OR it being an emergency, then that's a problem.

Most likely that Amber asked him/her if she can put the phone on speakerphone. Then the doctor transferred her or asked her to call her the office to set appointments for tests and consultations. That could have taken 30 minutes, just not the call to the doctor.

Here is the thing with Amber's recent tantrums. Yes, having cancer is not easy. I have had two friends with cancer and one, unfortunately, lost her battle. However, Amber keeps making excuses after excuses that cancer automatically erases all the bullshit she has inflected over the years. Cancer patients are humble, they do not make excuses or even do the "woh is me" to get sympathy. They act like normal people, they just have cancer. Amber is starting to act like Chris-chan with the "can we let bygones be bygones" attitude. What Amber needs to do is to stop feeding people others' personal shit and concentrate on herself and get off the internet for a bit.

Probably because the doctor did not do that. The recipient of the call has to say "Let me put you on speaker." She's full of shit, as usual, and lying.

Amberlynn has the maturity of a 15 year old to post something like that, and to think that the hardest thing about having cancer is going to appointments and doing tests, which so far it's all she's doing about it.

Call me when you've been fighting cancer for 2 months, going to chemo and radio 5 times a week and feeling so weak your body is collapsing, all your long hair falling out and already on your second surgery. Then we can talk about how difficult cancer is, bitch.

She makes me so angry damn.

I honestly believe she’ll die before then. I know her life is full of pain due to her blown-out body, but chemo and surgery are a type of suffereen that is on a whole different level. Plus her layygs and shit will still be hurteen. Wonder how much longer the smug facade will hold up?

Not long - I'd mentioned in some other thread that like all death fats, she's used to a certain level of pain. That KIND of pain, (mainly joints & back), is completely different from incision pain - especially an incision that goes through damned near a foot of skin, fat & several muscle layers. I'd neglected to mention that once she's under anesthesia, they will position her for surgery & she can add to incision pain, a very stiff & sore neck & upper shoulders from her head being extended back.

I have no personal experience with chemo or radiation & know nothing of the suffering involved there, save for what I've been told by people I know who've had to suffer those forms of treatments. It can get pretty bad & if she experiences the sometimes severe nausea, vomiting & diarrhea I've heard about, I don't know how she'll cope.

She's vain little creature in spite of what she sees in the mirror & viewfinder but any experience with cancer treatment of any sort is going to leave her looking like she's aged 4 decades is a few months. If for some reason she needs chemo that causes her to lose her hair, she'll crumple. Nobody loves her hair as much as she does.

Fortunately for her, the treatment of choice is surgery, and it should be curative if it is caught early. She could not really cope for weeks or months of chemotherapy. This does not means that she should not cut her hair at a more manageable length. It will be difficult for her to raise her arms and wash her mane when every movements will bring her pain.

If her lymph nodes are actually involved, she’ll likely need additional treatment beyond a hysterectomy.

AL must have signed a waiver it was ok to give info to Becky because the doctor talked to her after AL's surgery. told her she doesn't have much longer and told her he had to sew her gf's dainty hole back up. good thing they don't have to go through her vagina for the hysterectomy

Thank your lucky stars you have not undergone those things yourself. They are terrible to go through for most people. that said, I have known two people with breast cancer who just sailed right through their treatments. They are, however, not the norm.

I'm kind of looking forward to the world of hurt she's going to have after they flense her, take out her innards, and sew her back up. She thinks things are difficult *now*? To take a line from Hamilton: Just you wait...just you wait.

Serious question for medfags:

Those pressure cuffs they put on people's legs during surgery and sometimes while they're in bed, the ones that inflate and deflate: do they have to special order fat ones for Amber types? Her legs aren't just fat, they're all misshapen and fucked up. Will the cuffs even work on her with the fluid problems she has?
