Whilst its been speculated here that he might be a diddler, I don't remember anyone saying anything about sending pics of his nephew over Telegram to his brother - I don't think that was in any of the supposed hate mail he shared either. Its a strangely specific thing to say/make up (and he definitely made it up)

It seems like he has multiple issues, but Lou claimed his nephew's tongue was deformed and he had to have surgery to get it fixed.

I can't find any other mention of this "forum" besides a handful of sites with a similar definition. The Way Back Machine says it was captured 3 times but the web pages are blank. The nut who supposedly ran it has no interactions on their twitter. Seems odd for someone who had a blog/forum. They supposedly created two forums, both of which are now gone.

Tongue...deformed? Surgery?
Ok so, if this is about a procedure to correct a "tongue tie" two things. 1. It is not a deformity 2. The procedure is ... technically a surgery, I guess, as it involves using either a pair of clippers or a laser to "snip" the connection between the bottom of the mouth and the tongue, but its really not a big deal. Its probably less of a big deal than circumcision.
It's just done because sometimes that connection makes it exceptionally difficult for a child to "latch on" and breastfeed or at worst, it is connected enough to that area that it could cause speech deficits or the like. But, again, really not a big deal, usually.
So if that's the case this just confirms to me that Lou is a hypochondriac.
More worried about the kid pooping his drawers and having extensive knowledge of Fortnite at his age. Just sayin'.

This is gonna be slightly off-topic, but given Lou's tendency to constantly barge into other's conversations, a lot of twitter randoms tend to get dragged into his annoying behavior. Even a friend of mine got dragged into at least one random conversation through simply commenting on someone else's tweet and having Lou barge in with one of his trademark stupid drive-by takes. I'd elaborate further, but I don't want to dox them and we'll leave it at that.
Anyways, for the sake of that friend, as well as the dozens of lurkers in this thread at any given time, I'd like to strongly recommend using the Secateur website to cleanse yourself of any remote chance of encountering Lou or his equally obnoxious followers online. Essentially, link your twitter, type in the username of whomever you don't want to deal with (aka tygrsswrtr as of this writing) and it will automatically block Lou and anyone following his account (since a lot of his followers tend to exhibit similar behavior).
It will continue to update regularly every few hours and automatically block any new followers he might get as well whenever he changes his username, though when he inevitably ragequits and makes a new account, you'll probably have to log back onto the site and register his new twitter username with them again.
