Late but I had to reply, because the answer is (to me) equal parts horrifying and hilarious.

Neovag procedures utilizing the intestines are known to have "chronic foul odor", and a study on microflora in neovags noted that "Although this was not a study criterion and therefore not scored, a foul smell of the vagina was observed in most patients." Basically, despite the known and anecdotal issues with neovags, troons are desperate to insist and believe that they're just like the real thing...even if they smell so bad, doctors doing an unrelated study feel compelled to make a note of it, and even if the microflora aren't remotely the same, leading to consistently elevated pH levels (which would absolutely alter the taste of any discharge).

I know I already replied to this one but I just had a shower thought.

This exceptional individual went through a years-long transition process, and at no point found it relevant to learn about one of the most basic functions of being a female. Didn't even bother to google "woman peeing". And yet I'm sure they spent hours upon hours looking up clothes and makeup. So, they want to look like a woman, but never bothered to learn how to be a woman. Typical.

It's funny because prior to 2015 or so, there was a ton of sperging about how magazines shopped unrealistic looking models too much and it was giving everyone unrealistic expectations. But pretty much as soon as the tools became widely available, random women started making themselves look like anime characters and other unrealistic shit while claiming they weren't doing that, and now everyone is more depressed and wanting more surgery than ever before.

Jazz Jennings had this problem after his second surgery. His piss stream was shooting up or something. One of the causes IIRC is failure to remove enough erectile tissue from the penis when fashioning the fake clit and urethral opening; said tissue then causes pressure on the urethra and can disrupt urination.
