I read through the whole thing.

TL;DR: about 2/3rds of the document is exclusively about ZeRo. The rest is about Sky, and as you can think, she only provides guesses and DMs rather than any explicit evidence. After reviewing what she has, her case still seems very flimsy at most, and only serves to back up the fact that ZeRo is nothing more than a dumb uneducated Chilean.

Some of what she goes into I think involves one of his Twitch mods named Utopikat, who allegedly threw up an incriminating donation sub chat or something anonymously. A bunch of this stuff went down in the Discord, but I didn't think to screencap any of this.

Regardless, this is what she has to say to conclude the "evidence" she collected on him:

So even in his last, final, monumental statement-- he’s lying. He lies, feigning ignorance to her age and the depth of her story. I don’t think we should sweep away just how far this man would go to cover his tail. Even in direct dms to those he’s abused just 2 nights before coming forward, he is lying. We cannot ignore just how far he pushed to manipulate the truth and silence everyone who could expose him. I don’t care how much this seems like “drama” or how dark his past is-- as someone who’s literally been through hell and back and even right next to him for a lot of it-- I am disgusted. Katie is disgusted, M is disgusted, community figureheads are disgusted, and all the victim’s family and friends are disgusted.

We need to start believing in the children who are being targeted and not the adults who have
been lying for years and getting away with it. It’s not up to us to make someone relive their traumas and reprocess everything that’s ever happened to them. Victims will speak up only when they feel comfortable, and the only way to do that is to make the right environment for them. None of this would have come to light unless I shared my experience, and that goes for many others too. I also made it abundantly clear in my previous statement (https://twitter.com/JisuArtist/status/1278774892335435776) that “sexual/psychological/physical abuse truly does years of damage, and can take a lifetime to undo, and thus not only is it right, but it is imperative that consequences be faced.”

It is never easy to face the reality that those you have grown up with, believed in, rooted for, maybe even loved-- turn out to be monsters. I’m even taking it upon myself to personally address Zero and D1 in my own statements soon because I truly went through a lot with them. In a lot of ways, the Smash community is like a big family, we uplift each other, get close, and stay connected in a very special way. On the other hand, accountability can be lost, relationships can go awry, regrettable things can be said or done. It is never easy to make someone you love face the consequences of their actions-- but once you see the years of youth, innocence, and sanity lost from innocent people and their families, it must be done.

As you can see, that's her final argument. "He's lying." Doesn't provide anything else.
During the short time I spent frequenting his streams I constantly got the impression he had lingering trust issues from youth onward. I think at this point I'm more inclined to believe ZeRo's side of the story than not. He's not free from guilt, but I do think his behavior is not truly malicious, but rather misplaced and naive.

Bigger TL;DR: believe victims and women.

Zero publicly admitted the Katie allegations are true. That alone is enough to justify Big Consequences. You can’t ask a 14 year old to make CP of themselves with ice cubes (wat) and not have people think you are not a good choice to be a big face in the community.

I’m not saying he shouldn’t face the consequences. I personally was expecting more from this 64 page doc, but it’s clearly that way due to terrible presentation and formatting. Until someone comes out on record with something else, apart from troubled domestic issues, this is probably the worst thing on his record.

Edit: Looking back, I realize he’d frequently joke on stream about getting cancelled on Twitter. It was joking, but he also did seem very uncomfortable with that thought seeing as he tended to ideate on that joke very frequently during streams.

Oh, most of the document is about Jackie’s anger that a bunch of unpleasant creepy speds were wicked to a 15 year old runaway.

It’s not a good idea to run away from home when you are 15 to live with unpleasant creepy adults. I feel her anger. The speds were in the wrong. But it’s not clear what she thinks now they should have done. She does not appear to suggest they should have had the police return her home.

I don’t quite understand why she fixes on Sky being somehow responsible for her welfare because she was squatting under his roof. The problem with being a runaway kid is that no one is responsible for your welfare, and that’s why shit hits the fan.

You can totally argue he shouldn‘t have taken her in. I wouldn’t have taken her in without any sort of legal regularisation of her circumstances. But there seems to be a lack of reflection on what she would have done if he had justifiably turned her out onto the street.

Yeah, I'm conflicted on the zero situation, since he genuinely seems to be an actually retarded autist who had a shitty upbringing. But that is no excuse to ask a 14 year old for cp. That's straight up sinister. He knew how old she was from the start.

Anyway. I think it's funny that, if Jisu succeeds in pushing Zero to suicide, that'll have a huge negative effect on the accusers and a huge positive effect on the accused. If it becomes known that Zero offed himself, twitter will be full of hot takes like abandon cancel culture, no bullying, nobody should be cancelled anymore etc. People will be way more likely to side with the accused and dismiss accusers, no matter if there's evidence. That'll mean that actual abusers will be likely to come out unscathed. Just look at Cryaotic who's been accused of creeping on underage fans and has been hiding for a while. If he releases an apology video shortly after zero's an hero, people will most likely be more willing to forgive him and move on.

So, yeah, Jisu's shooting herself in the foot here.

This is why piggybackers are a problem. No, #MeToo is not supposed to be a platform to talk about how that one guy cheated on you eight years ago, or said something unkind, yet a substantial portion of #MeleeToo has become just that.
Jisu is the least important accusation of the accusations against ZeRo because they will pretty much never be able to be substantiated, and even if they were they would be pretty mild, and yet the Katie and anonymous Skype girl #2 situations are already enough to take to court if they cared to.
It's distracting and unhelpful, at best.
The accusations against Westballz are notable in particular because they all appear to be horseshit. You've got Mang0's histrionic girlfriend accusing him of maybe not definitely assault (and later going out of her way to blow a hole in her own recollection of events), a vengeful ex who accuses him of banging an 18 year old while they were still in a relationship, another (also Asian) ex who suddenly decides that Wes having the hots for Asian girls and "fetishizing" her is worth bringing up when they were in a sexual relationship, and some turbo-activist bint who has taken a break from streaming "for the cause" to say that a friend said that Westballz was, like, totally flirting with her, even though she was 16 (when he was probably just trying to be nice).

Also, if anyone thought I was being overdramatic with that last post about The Gay Community™, wait until Sky Williams gets outed in full. There are reasons he saw nothing
"inappropriate" going on in his crazy ass frathouse, and while what happened is still ultimately his fault, he's not the only one responsible for normalizing it. Aren't you glad we're fresh off of Pride Month?
