When Trump says “Mexico is sending they’re drug dealers and rapists”, who specifically is Trump referring to?

The Mexican government or just a few unaffiliated assholes who just happen to go north for holiday?
This loops back into Reddit by way of mass media curation of messaging by framing and selective censorship, of which Reddit plays a key role being part of big tech and all. Either you're on one side and see a curated picture of coke-sniffing, erection-sporting, barbarian hordes, or you're on the other and see a curated picture of a saintly pilgrimage of noble savages who just want jobs and homes, and bad orange man wants to cage them like animals.

Truth of the matter is Mexico's still corrupt as fuck, that corruption goes all the way down, and it's a matter of economic and political elites vacillating between multi-national corporations and cartels based on whomever's offering the better deal at the time. How this relates to immigration boils down to cross-border human trafficking: depending upon source, between 60-80% (newer studies show the higher end) of women and girls are subject to sexual abuse while being trafficked into the United States, use of illegal immigrants as drug mules is a commonplace strategy, and murder by neglect or intent due to the conditions of cross-border human trafficking or simply to eliminate witnesses is likewise common.

Was it two or three years ago, for example, a bunch of illegal immigrants died of heat stroke in the back of a semi trailer when the truck driver abandoned it to avoid CBP?

Trump is 100% correct in his summation of US-Mexico border crossings. This large-scale human trafficking does come at the cost of drug smuggling, rape, and murder, and it does happen with the complicity of the Mexican government by way of its deep and systemic corruption. Mexican officials, bureaucrats, and cops are paid a lot of money to look the other way. And they did long before the cartels took over, too. That's a part of the story that gets conveniently memory holed by way of big business, because they have a vested financial interest in maintaining a permanent economic underclass on the back of illegal immigration as wage suppression.

Not that this is a problem that stupid fucking wall can or will ever fix, the overwhelming majority of illegal crossings happen at ports of entry, the US-Mexico border has been a demilitarized zone for all intents and purposes since Bush, and a trivial number of border crossings happen overland in the big picture happen because of it. This is the same logic that permeates fighting "voter fraud" when maybe a dozen cases of intentional voter fraud occur every election cycle, while electoral fraud runs completely rampant and unchecked because all attention is misdirected to voter fraud. The single most effective policy for ending illegal immigration since NAFTA's passage, up to and including anything Bush or Obama ever did or ever would have done, happened two weeks ago: work visa suspension.

Where Trump goes astray is that he doesn't call out the problem specifically: coyotes and the corruption that empowers them. They're the ones "getting sent", and indeed they are the drug smugglers, rapists, and murderers. The goddamn immigrants themselves don't have anything to do with that, and in every case they're the victims of it and the corruption that plagues the Mexican government. And again, that's a part of the story that gets conveniently memory holed by way of big business.

The TLDR about this is you have to ask the question "to whom is Trump referring?" because you're not allowed to know the answer. That's true for both political "sides"; the media wants you stupid, compliant, and ready to accept any predetermined answer you're fed for hate of the other side, without criticism or question. And if you're don't, you're either a slack-jawed yokel MAGAt or anarchist commie instigator, whichever slur best-fits the biases of the accuser and adopted position of the speaker. Which is why sites like Reddit demonize and censor "both", and only tolerate a very narrow, corporate-friendly, window of thought.

EDIT: I mean, let's really bring this point home. Nobody here's asking what might come of r/neoliberal despite it being one of the most vapid, ridiculous, self-contradictory, ignorant, obnoxious, toxic, and intolerable of all the political subreddits. Nor should they -- it's 24/7, balls-to-the-wall, bootlicking and consooming absent any shred of self-awareness or irony. The platonic form of "acceptable" speech on the internet.

Sorry if i sound naive or dumb with this, but i don't get why do you think redditors will flock here of all places when it's more probable they will go for twitter, 4chan or that other simil-reddit new alternative.

Well, it's where I came here from after I got fed up with how stupid the users of the subs I frequented are. Even the smaller and more serious subs are mostly people responding with a meme or pushing disingenuous dipshits they think are actually revolutionaries.

The more I think about it Kiwifarms is like Reddit. We have an echo chamber, and anyone who goes against it doesn't get their internet points. This site makes it so that one would want to post what they can to get as many positive reactions as possible. It is idiotic to be "punished" or "rewarded" for having an opinion on an anonymous forum.

Kiwi farms is much more ideologically diverse than Reddit.

The difference is that getting negrated on KF does not hide your post, so people can still read what you have to say. On Reddit, getting enough downvotes does hide your post, making it unlikely to be seen at all. The fact that you see post ratings as "rewarding or punishing opinions" tells me that you take the rating system a bit too seriously.

Also on a forum replies and quotes are still gonna give that to you in various ways. See 4chin and their ((you)) collection trolls.

I've exchanged a gacha game for a skinner box, thank you reddit!
Bad fallout sequels and reddit is truly a terrifying mix.

Everytime I see a longpost divided up ito micro-paragraphs like this, I just know it's going to be retarded. You just know this guy has fantasised about giving a TED talk.

Redditors all think that they have something insightful or touching to say, but really they're all boring little people with meaningless lives just like everyone else.

They're not "internet points" they're dumbass stickers we slap on comments to, for the most part, fuck around. Sounds like you take "internet point systems" too seriously. If you think these stickers mean anything then I've got a roll of gold star stickers I'd like to sell you.

He's getting all this praise in the comments like he got his life together, still has no job, and they recommend more games for him to waste his time with. Never change Reddit.

In the past I would occasionally go onto the front page of Reddit just to see what delusions the plebbitors have spun up, for the sake of amusement. But the last few times I’ve done that I’ve found it no longer amuses me at all, and instead just left me feeling depressed and concerned for the future. Can anyone else relate to that sentiment at all?

It’s like..... if I read a post here I disagree with, it doesn’t bother me much. I can understand why someone might have come to a conclusion different from my own. On Plebbit though, I read these absolutely preposterous untruths — often the precise inverse of the truth in fact — and see them all egging each other on like some sort of mentally handicapped support group. It’s not only that I disagree with them, it’s that they are skin-crawlingly retarded yet believe that they are the enlightened ones. Their delusions have grown much broader in scope, more extreme in their falsehood, and I see no signs of it slowing down any time soon.

This is easily my most autistic post ever on the Farms but I feel compelled to say this somewhere. It scares me that there are so many midwits like that, guarded by their phony shroud of righteousness, who likely make up the majority of academia & other institutions of culture already. The most dangerous thing is a brainlet who is also a staunch ideologue, and that’s what all of them are. They claim to “fucking love science!” yet can happily eschew scientific principles in an instant when it serves their absurd ideology (transgender dogma, etc)

The internet has allowed bands of fools who would otherwise be socially isolated to digitally congregate and compound each other’s delusions. What makes plebbit even worse is that they earnestly believe they are the sane ones. Ok </autismo>

Don't get a job, just play video game and get excited for next video game. Not even a new video game either, just generic AAA sandboxes which prioritise quantity over quality and have as much colour and variety as cold gravy.
At this point I can only interpret the description of Fallout as 'dynamic and beautiful' as a cry for help from someone who hasn't seen the sun in years, possibly because they're being hekd hostage in Todd's basement. The wasteland and it's roving ghoul-like inhabitants are basically just a larger and more boring version of most major cities with any significant homeless population at this point, just take a trip downtown with a board with a nail in it and do the city a favour,

some sort of mentally handicapped support group
You've just described every internet forum.

First, those are stickers. No one gives a shit what you get unless you post something as dumb as what you posted. Second, even the lowliest of newbies that arrive on this site usually sounds less concited than the avarage Redditor. If they aren't then they are mocked and called out, something most, if not all, subreddits discourage. Finally, we at least make an attempt to keep the "echo Chamber" contained, Reddit never tried and now look where we are- over 2000 subreddits gone because said chamber had problems with them.

Lmao most of the users on Reddit probably barely noticed that anything happened. It seems like a big deal to us faggots, but most people on that site don't give a shit about terfs or doomers or edgy niche memes. Reddit's just instagram for people who think they're too cool for instagram but are also too scared to go on a forum incase they get called a nigger or doxed. People post pictured of their dogs, their ugly kids, their gamer tags, their craft project or their dying gran, everyone claps and gives them useless stickers, rinse and repeat. Occasionally some unpopular opinion might crawl to the surface, but the front page is like 70% bragging and/or self promotion, 20% thinly veiled porn, 10% recycled memes and askreddit threads. r/PCM gets there sometimes, but that's not what the bulk of users come to see.

I mean, could you imagine posting a photo of yourself, in your own home, with your children/pets/easily identifiable belongings visible in the background on this forum, or even on something like r/drama? Fuck no, you'd have to be completely retarded to let people see your actual face. Same on reddit - people who posted on the edgier subs that got banned had to be super careful with their privacy or they'd be doxed (or worse, if the cp stuff apparently posted in brigades attracted the feds), while on the same site in a different sub some white chick from New Jersey posts a photo of herself and literally asks for people to troll her.
The community was completely schizophrenic, divided between privacy-conscious edgybois who were too pussy for /pol/ and people who were quite willing to give up all anonymity for some attention. This latter group were the ones making all the money for the site. Reddit doesn't want anons, it wants people with wallets and hobbies and collections who'll buy stuff and post it online for validation. The subs that got banned - a lot of them were the kind of place which openly mocked the idea of awards and rarely participated in it, and if they did they rarely bought the big bux stickers. They weren't fostering a profitable environment, so they had to go.

TL;DR most Reddit users are r/pics normies, and don't give a shit about the bans.
It's true that the site is basically just instagram for instagram haters but they're even lower imo because they also hate reddit too. I mean they endlessly bitch about reddit because even they know being a redditor is lame af. But they'll still use the site everyday despite all that because of what you said(they're too pussy to join any forum). I admit there are still some good reasons to still use reddit(even though they love to axe all the subs I like) but most of the people there are losers. Just go through any r/AITA or r/relationship_advice poster and you'll see what I mean. The type of people who frequently comment on those subs have some serious issues.

Plebbitors always like to go on about how they're open minded thunkers and will "respect your right to the death to disagree blahblah" but every subreddit is just a popularity contest where you get off on being the most praised. I used to post now and then a few years ago and it was just so hollow. Just submitting your shit and...I don't know, hoping everyone will upvote it fast enough to make it to the front to have it be seen by more and more people? What's the point? It's just constantly asking "please approve of me and my life" And if it's controversial you get dogpiled on with lame snarky replies and copypasta.
You also get lots of salt and jealousy if you dare to be competent at anything and aren't a doormat-level humble about it. "uwu im 14 with cancer but i tried to built a house" with picture of a mansion kinda shit.
