When you're brainwashed in a way that dehumanizes all authority and people who don't think like you do, nothing will change your opinion. This is how extremist terrorists can do the things they do, they don't see their victims as human. They think that police just hang out waiting for some black kid to pick on. They don't think about all the work police do with families who have had their kids murdered or found them in the bathtub with slit wrists and then sift through the body and their personal belongings to understand why they died. They don't think about all the work police do with children who are terrified and all the pictures and videos they have to sift through for evidence to get them out of abusive situations and prosecute the ones that hurt them.
There are so many aspects of being police that is an absolute mind fuck then you get these degenerates saying you should lose your job or be defunded because they don't like being stopped and having their drugs confiscated or the fact they live in a community with a high crime rate so police patrol it more.

I watched Tim Pool saying that them "wanting Texas" is a deliberate misframing by the media. They said something more in the sense of "give as a patch of land to establish black state, we'll take anything, hell, we'll take Texas even" [this is not a quote, not even a paraphrase, just kind of what he meant]

Also if they want to protest safely, ask the city for a permit to protest. The police will be happy to oblige and lock down a few road IN the city so everyone can have there march, a few speeches and then go home. Dont loot, dont burn, dont murder and dont block highways. Grand Master Jay, the self-described leader of the black militia NFAC is advocating for a “new black nation,” suggesting that Texas will do just fine, as soon as the Lone Star state can be ceded to them.
As seen in a video making the rounds, when asked about the solution to events, Jay had plenty to say about a black ethnostate inside the United States, as a social media user characterized the group’s objective.
“The solution is very simple,” he responded. “We file a declaration of liberation, declaring every African-American descendant of slavery a political prisoner here in the United States, that was affected by the Portuguese slave trade, and after that, the United States then has a choice, either carve us a piece of land out here — we’ll take Texas — and let us do our own thing, or don’t stop us when we exit this body here and go somewhere where they will give us our own land to build our own nation.”
The initials NFAC reportedly stands for the “Not F*cking Around Coalition,” which is how the group refers to itself. Jay claimed they’re all ex-military, are disciplined and are expert shooters.
“We don’t want to talk no more, we don’t want to negotiate,” he said. “We don’t want to sing songs, we don’t bring signs to a gunfight. We’re an eye for an eye organization. So when they decide to act right, we’ll act right. And we do it all legally.”
Members of the heavily armed black militia marched on Stone Mountain Park, near Atlanta, on the 4th of July to call for the removal of a giant Confederate rock carving at the site.
The site, seen as a racist by the left, includes carvings of Confederate figures Robert E Lee, Jefferson Davis, and Thomas J “Stonewall” Jackson.
Of course, the group doesn’t realize that they undermine the whole argument about systemic racism in America.
After all, a large group of black men obeying gun laws proceeds without interference — this being a scene that most Second Amendment supporters would take no issue with, regardless of race.

In a longer clip, the man declared the police “work for the KKK,” and that bankers in America are the KKK, as are “most white people.”

Naturally, the left blamed President Donald Trump for the insanity, as seen in a tweet that contradicts itself in talking about a “race war” and the black militia “peacefully protesting” in the same breath.
It would seem that social media users are a bit skeptical about Texas yielding to the demands of the group.

And yet again the lack of intellect gets me way more than the fucking ideological idiocy. Hey remember when I talked about driving licences here in spain? Remember how I mentioned we all by law carry fluorescent signs and the first thing they fucking teach you is, in case of accident, if possible park outside the road, and then before helping anyone first thing grab the vest and signs and label the road for a few hundred meters with a lign of reflecting triangles going all "WARNING ACCIDENT" so people don't run you over?
Now I don't expect people who aren't in cars to carry the fucking signs... But if you PLANNED TO BLOCK A HIGHWAY. Maybe. Just maybe. Bring the fucking triangle or whatever equivalent burgerland uses and label the road properly so people slow down before being too close to do it even if they wanted. And also don't choose a fucking turn where visibility is reduced to boot. I mean, fucking really. This is survival instinct 101!
Say what you will bout catalonia. At least them leaving could be an economic issue. I mean, no one bought it, even the EU told them to shove it and we all knew they had no chance of survival. Yeah, there's no law requiring you carry anything like that in the States. At least not Federal laws. My state doesn't require anything like that either.
Usually it expected that protesters get permits and then the cops will block off whatever, but with this bullshit, none of that has been happening.

I dunno; fire-&-forget missiles use at least a very basic AI, and that shit works more often than not. And I don't even think of them as missiles; more like torpedos
The way I see something like a gyrojet being used is during ops that don't require catastrophic decompression; as in something like targeting an individual suited astronaut on EVA. A gyrojet projectile carrying a highly localised electronic-warfare package could be used fairly stealthily; directed-energy, mass drivers, and railguns would definitely let everyone know it's being fired; and in the case of rail-guns/mass-drivers, the projectile still follows a predictable, non-relativistic trajectory.
And in the case of a swarm of guided gyrojet-type rounds (as from a squad), carrying a variety of dumb or electronic-warface warheads, against a target(s) with ECM & directed energy point-defense, controlled by a basic randomized pattern-running AI (as found in modern torpedos); those defensive systems would be hard-pressed to zap everything.
