DC is an interesting case. They have the strict restrictions you noted and a bunch of rules about what features you're allowed to have, but at the same time their concealed carry process was successfully challenged in court, and now they have to issue you a concealed carry permit if you have a clean record. Of course they made it as annoying and expensive as possible (around $500 just in license and course fees), with the end result being that poor black people in shitty neighborhoods can't afford to protect themselves. Way to go, Democrats!

there's also remnants of the interahamwe still operating in neighboring countries.
right now the hutu power movement inside rwanda is suppressed by kagames regime, and tutsis aren't calling for revenge because they are content with their guy being in charge. but if kagame and his rpf ever step down (or get ousted) from power, i can definitely see hutu power making a comeback, and possibly tutsi revanchism becoming a thing too.

Blanks fired through it could have caused the bolt to strike back before the cartridge shell cleared, double feed or the dumbass racked it with a cartridge already in the chamber. Doesn't matter what happened, as that porch ape's more likely to use it as a club even if it could fire.
