Yes, he does. However, if Ashli's name is on at least one tax lien then the site could also be considered part hers (not mutually exclusive), but it was founded long before they were married so maybe not. It depends on several factors, but I'd definitely argue that if I get one I get the other or neither.

LowT had to pay maintenance to Megan for a while and that's based off of income and "quality of life" they enjoyed during the marriage. He may be broke but Ashli isn't allowed to work and apparently he shut down any attempts to get crowdfunded so guess what that means, Richard.

That seems unlikely. Lying about her age is one thing, but this poster talks about stuff like living on campus, shopping for food and coming home for Thanksgiving - stuff a 13 year old would know absolutely nothing about. Either she's just making up literally all of it for fun (because what's the point of asking for advice while giving completely fake background info?), or it's not her account. Also, damn, there's some really bad advice in that A/T thread.
