U.S. Riots of May 2020 over George Floyd and others - ITT: a bunch of faggots butthurt about worthless internet stickers

If you want an image of the future, Winston, imagine a dangerhair nagging and shrieking in a human ear - forever.
Or a troon correctively raping a lesbian - oh wait, I mean making beautiful love with their glorious, troo and annist wammin dick. My mistake, I'll report to the nearest reprogramming center to get myself corrected.

IDK about where you are, but Fent is typically passed off as pain pills or mixed/made to look like heroin (because it's cheaper than either). Floyd probably thought he was doing heroin. Nobody in America is really trying to do fent AFAIK, it's just that opiates are all cut with a lot of random shit to make them look real and then some Fent to give that opiate high.

That is precisely how Prince died. He was taking Vicodin legitimately and had prescriptions, but also bought pills illegally to supplement his prescribed supply. The last batch he got was laced with fentanyl.

Just another day in lawless Minneapolis...

92% of left-wing activists live with their parents and one in three is unemployed, study of Berlin protesters finds
  • Figures were compiled by the Federal Office for the Protection of the Constitution
  • Of those arrested for politically-motivated offences, 84 per cent were men
  • The majority, 72 per cent, were aged between 18 and 29
  • Of offences against a person, four out of five cases were against police officers

There was some study from 2017 that said that 92% of Berlin Antifa protesters live with their parents.
Isnt that relatively normal in europe though? Well maybe not exactly 92% but I expect a majority. I remember Euros always talking about how ridiculous it is for Americans to expect their kids to move out at 18-early 20s. Any Krauts want to enlighten me on the topic so I might better digest this info?

Not German and totally anecdotal so I can't back this up, but I am a Eurofag. All the antifatards I know are either, or all: NEETs, self DXd with the 'tism, danger hairs, cannot work cos muh condishuns dangerhairs, work in academia so have had extremely coddled lives, live with their parents, and have never worked a proper job. And all of them are financially privelidged in that either they live on gibs and have their rent paid, live in low cost social housing, or way out-earn people in blue-collar jobs.

Edited to say: And they're all either cucked, betasoyboys who're jumping on the BLM train because they feel supremely guilty for never dating outside their ethnic group, angry fat wamminm be it real or troons, or some variety of gender special retard (read as: female, but fat, repulsive and often mistake for a man).

@Gustav Schuchardt, did you notice the date on that article is from 2017? No biggy here, but now I'm curious if anything ever came of this proposed legislation. Too many times, legislation that seems like a good idea never gets proposed or silently dies in committee.

There's no way he'll get on the ballot in enough states to even have a chance of getting 270 votes out of 538 in the electoral college.
Is there any chance Kanye might still register in what states he can? Four years ago, there was a site that had a list of every third party candidate eligible to be voted for in every state. Many states had one-hit-wonders in that they were persons who were only running in a single state with no legitimate shot at winning the presidency.

As others have hypothesized, if this isn't a publicity stunt and he actually tries to meet the requirements for abona fide run, he'd most likely siphon off Democratic voters as shown by that informal Twitter Poll. Look at how the Dems didn't want Sanders to run as an independent in 2016 for similar reasons.

In my jurisdiction if you write in a candidate who didn't register as a candidate in the state, it doesn't count, It looks like all but 9 states states either require the candidate to register as a candidate or are "never allowed" for write in.
This is common in many jurisdictions to prevent frivolous write-ins from winning, such as "Bozo the Clown" or "Morris the Cat" (even if either would be better candidates than anyone running). When Detroit's Mayor Duggan first ran for mayor, a known political troublemaker found a technicality to have him removed from the primary ballot. Fortunately, Duggan had enough time to meet the city's qualifications to be a write-in candidate.

Why not release bodycam footage right away? Who decides whether footage is released? Wouldn't the police want to show how absolutely innocent they are?
I’ve posted about this a couple times before, but this thread is stupid long, so basically body cam data is private while an investigation is ongoing, but there are several exceptions, including if the subjects or officers involved want to request the video. The video could be published by the subject or officers, from my understanding. Unfortunately, the footage was not included on the court website.
Which they did, and from what I recall the state said "no". Even when its for the trail.
The union wanted it and didn’t get it. It appears the officers involved did though because the transcript was released today from Thomas Lane’s camera.
From what I recall in the thread, both the police union and officers' defense attorneys requested the footage and the state said, "LolNo" in reply.

Hundreds of Black Lives Matter protesters march peacefully through Flushing
Ninja'd by @Harvey Danger, but Flushing was a mostly White area just outside Flint at one point. I'm not sure how true that is now, but it's still something that BLM presently appears to attract more of the White Guilt types than actual Black people to its movement.

We need robots to fly to these movements and record their bullshit so later on, we can laugh at them years later after they all die. Might be fun to see a compilation video of protesters dying from their own stupidly
If I recall, drones were seen overhead last month during various protests -- including those in Detroit. Representative Talib was one of many that scREEched about invasion of privacy and what data might be collected even though one might argue there's no expectation of privacy when protesting in public places.

I'm starting to wonder do these people have jobs?
That's the $64k question. The conspiracy theorists might say Soros through one of his shell companies is paying protestors. Regardless, many of these people are probably NEETs and social media slacktivists that have plenty of time to virtue signal when they could instead be productive members of society.

Floyd had counterfeit singles in his vehicle. There must be a market for them. I wonder how much those cost him?
China must really be desperate to try to flood the US with counterfeit singles. 🤷‍♂️

I feel like this is just gonna get weirder from here on out. It's already fuckin' weird, but it's just gonna get weirder.
I think you're right, and that it's going to get weirder/worse in the days leading up to Election Day. Should Trump be re-elected, I think we'll see far more salt than we already have🧂.

I've been listening to the TimcastIRL livestream and I feel like I've opened a cabinet and a ton of blackpills poured out on me. I like to be realistic about the world, I always have. Even as a kid world happenings interested me. This shit right now. The hopelessness, the smart and decent people that are just giving up and giving in. This is too damn dark. I'm going to eat unhealthy food and watch silly videos and hope i can climb out of this mental/emotional hole I've slid into. If any "peaceful protesters" come to my door I'll fight them to the death but honestly right now I don't care if I win, but being a creature of spite I'll still take a swing at em.

TLDR- fuck this shit

Yeah. Take a break from Tim Pool. I'm all for the Ozymandias "be informed" style but Tim Pool does make things bleak. I haven't taken this advice myself yet but I have noticed my anxiety over current events has increased since watching him.

Unfortunately I have not found a person who does work similar to Tim Pool. Also I think it would be better if Tim did "deep dives" into a topic (something like once a week) and fleshed the topic out. (Major players, timeline, etc.)

But I have a kitten that needs to be taken care of so I do have a distraction.

It's playing out beautifully.

If that's the case, they'll have to pry my white privilege from my cold, dead hands.

I'll admit I have white privilege, but I'll also do everything to keep it, because the alternative is the nightmare world they live in, where traffic lights, skyscrapers, and math are organs of their oppression.

They don't want to build Heaven and/or lift people up to it; they just want to drag everyone down to Hell.

Is Todd a cuck? I noticed some indirect and sometimes direct political digs in his videos but I was keeping hope alive. I'm not on twitter, how bad is it?

The one unknown here is a Trump reaction. He didn't take the bait earlier, and it frustrated the left's obvious plans to make him look like a tyrant. But we're two months in, now, and his LAW & ORDER base is getting frustrated. It's one thing to let Democratic cities take the blame for the first month, but now a lesser form of lawlessness is spreading into the suburbs, and the ones who aren't marching have knocked his approval rating down significantly.

I don't necessarily want him to crack down, but he can't keep talking tough if he can't get the local PDs and mayors to line up. People don't like having their police stations under siege every night, and intersections blocked off by zealots demanding a sign of agreement. This isn't about rioting any more, just the kind of nuisances and unrest that leads to a general sense of insecurity. And that general discontent is bad for an incumbent.
There's some indication what he has been doing has worked. Huge whitepills coming from the polling in this article
https://www.revolver.news/2020/07/a...p-crackdown-rioters-vandals-protect-heritage/
https://archive.vn/KtToY

A stunning 59 percent of the American people support President Trump’s handling of the protests and riots, with 45 percent even going so far as to say President Trump has not been tough enough, according to a poll conducted by The Democracy Institute.

What’s more, a shocking 70 percent of Americans believe that the Black Lives Matter movement has not improved race relations, with 38 percent even saying they’ve made race relations worse, according to a poll conducted by Monmouth. Only 26 percent of Americans believe Black Lives Matter has made race relations better.

...

The Democracy Institute poll indicates that the American people are tired of the Black Lives Matter movement. When given the choice, 71 percent of Americans say that All Lives Matter describes their viewpoint on race relations, and only 29 percent choose Black Lives Matter.

...

Policing / Law & Order
Q "Has President Trump's approach to the ongoing protests and riots been too tough, just right under the circumstances, or not tough enough?"
  • Too tough 27%
  • Just right 28%
  • Not tough enough 45%

According the the Democracy Institute, a vast silent majority of 74 percent of Americans disapprove of ripping down monuments, and 77 percent disagree with the failing New York Times that Mount Rushmore is a “racist monument.”

The Democracy Institute also found that the riots and violence caused by Democrat proxies are beginning to take a toll on Joe Biden’s election chances.

A stunning majority of 60 percent say that Joe Biden has been insufficiently critical of the violent riots. Furthermore, 67 percent picked Trump as the stronger leader between the two, and only 27 percent selected Biden. Seventy percent considered President Trump to be a populist, and 61 percent said they considered Joe Biden to be an establishment politician.

What’s more, 55 percent of Americans believe Biden is suffering from some form of cognitive decline, such as dementia, and 44 percent said that Biden’s cognitive decline would make them LESS likely to vote for him.

Finally, when asked whether Trump or Biden was too old to be president, 58 percent of Americans said Biden was too old, and only 37 percent picked Trump.

Google's decline into uselessness was the biggest blackpill for me, before all this started.

I'm old enough to remember when there were a dozen equally viable search engines on the web, and what each of their quirks were, and finding exactly what you want was an actual skill. You had to learn how to search, with booleans and specific punctuation marks, none of this user-friendly natural language stuff. (In fact, natural language was a feature of AskJeeves.com, to let normies get in on searching without boolean logic.)

Lost to time are Yahoo's categories, a manual process of sorting every submitted site into broader categories of the entire web. Yes, there were actual people doing this sorting; there was a manual web form to submit your site for consideration, which I went through multiple times, with varying results. And some search engines had blind spots--they didn't index the hacker sites, or inner pages of portal sites, or porn, or BBS archives, or certain webrings. They weren't quite slanted, but processes like Yahoo's categories would skew how information looked to their users.

The simple genius of Google's original PageRank algorithm is that it categorized the entire Internet, automatically, using link references as a proxy for usefulness. That was brilliant back in the Web 1.0 days, for its elegance as well as its total efficiency. Google's spiders indexed the entire web, a feat that many thought was technically impossible.

But the most important thing was that it let a skilled user find anything, without restriction or skew. I can't describe to newer users how liberating the change was after having to scan through 5-10 pages of results on other sites. And it let content sites grow without authoritative connections; if enough people liked your stuff and linked to it, you became the authority. If the truth was out there, you could find it.

Obviously this system was gamed over the years, and Google has always declared they change the algorithm constantly to avoid spam and top-of-results hijacking. But a searcher could still tweak out the results you wanted... until recently.

The blackpill came when I was feeling nostalgic one day, and searched for some old 2000-era sites I knew had been indexed and archived by Google. And they're gone. The listings don't come up, no matter how many ways I try to reference them. Some of these were old Geocities pages, but others were small useful hobbyist sites, the kind that flourished before Wikipedia sucked up all reference material into its festering maw.

Shortly after that Google search results started looking the same, page after page, for issues I knew had two controversial sides. I won't say it was a person going in to make ideological tweaks; it might just be the way the algorithm favors "trusted sources", who conveniently all engage in groupthink. But 15-20 years ago the top contrarian opinion sites would make it onto the first page, because their concentration of links told Google it was notable.

All the social media nonsense could be excused if the basic ability to find information wasn't compromised. But it is. And Trump's neglecting to address it, despite being the first politician to bend Big Tech to his own use, is his biggest failure.

I'd go so far as to say 2020 is the first test run of broad-spectrum information control during a crisis. Before, there were always outlets where truth could leak out, coalesce around users, and take form before anyone stifled it. Twitter itself used to be one of those outlets. Now, thanks to the concentration of the web into the hands of a few coordinated players, the entire visible internet can be manipulated at will, and the smaller pockets like KF can be safely quarantined.

We already knew 2020 would be the test run of information control during an election cycle. I guess the manipulators at Big Tech just got lucky they could test it out on multiple crises first, work out the kinks so the campaign manipulation will be even more efficient.

So what search engine is worth using now? I am getting more and more frustrated with Google pushing shit down my throat when I need something else.

I'm bleak. Tim Pool is is just a stoner. He's the kind of guy I'd like to chill with but civil war? It's going to be more Weathermen Underground 2.0 shit and a permanent, horrible shift in culture. He's just the wrong kind of bleak.

Unfortunately I have not found a person who does work similar to Tim Pool. Also I think it would be better if Tim did "deep dives" into a topic (something like once a week) and fleshed the topic out. (Major players, timeline, etc.)

Uh... lately, what work is that? Sit in front of a camera and microphone and chat with his low-IQ stoned roommate about politics? Joe Rogan has more interesting things to say than Pool. I know it sounds like I hate Tim Pool but he's out of his element with just doing political commentary, which is low-grade YT stuff at this point. I don't need another talking head telling me SJWs are dumb and bad over and over again, that's why I had to stop watching Dave Rubin (another guy who is probably nice and fun in person but a bit of a doofus with what he does).

I don't think he's a literal cuck. Just a bant cuck. I mean, Lindsay is married and Todd still lives with her. I know NYC is expensive to live in, but seriously just move somewhere else or move out of NYC. Todd still makes content. Its probably cheaper to live in Queens or Shaolin. I think JonTron lives in Queens and its not as expensive as Manhattan.

Then again, I haven't payed attention to Todd or Lindsay in years, so my info might be totally off.

Google's decline into uselessness was the biggest blackpill for me, before all this started.

My "oldfag" recollection doesn't need a spoiler because it's not as elaborate as yours, but I do remember sending Google an email in the early days begging them never to clutter up the main search page the way Yahoo, altavista, or whoever was doing those days. Someone at Google replied personally promising that they would never do it. I wish I knew which account that was and if I have the backup somewhere. I vaguely remember its being a female who replied.

In any case the main page is still usually pretty clean, so I have to give them credit for that.

I appreciate him aggregating news stories. Granted I could probably do it if I wasn't on Kiwi Farms all the time, but what kind of existence would that be?

I think Tim has potential. He just needs to get out of his house to do it.
