I suppose if just not being in jail is "getting away with it" he has, but he has a miserable, shitty life and has just lost his sole source of income so I guess much like Shmorky, his days of getting away with it are over.
From the last time Lowtax appeared on the show he mentioned how one of his ex-mothers-in-law was this delusional Karen whose daughters all got pumped and dumped by the same Mexican. I think he's been getting away with it (allegedly) because the women he's had relationships with are fundamentally broken.
Of course if Dax is being banned for something other than "muh wrong think" then Union Pay would probably not wanna work with Dax either. Despite Dax's claims that committing real financial crimes is less regulated than being a thought criminal, this is not true. This is why criminal organizations set up shell corp after shell corp.

1. LowT is such a weak sad person he continuously seeks out people who "victimize" him and refuses to change anything about himself, and Dax is basically giving him a pass to keep it up despite LowT not showing any desire for change.
2. He shows a continued pattern of behavior and is selecting his victims then smears them the ways he intended from the begining

Alternatively, a unionpay "E-CARD" which is a reloadable debit card specifically engineered to not interact at all with the Chinese banking system proper, for reasons you can figure out on your own by googling "swiss bank accounts US citizens". Thus offering none of the advantages of having a Chinese bank account or a real credit card account in one convenient place!

A big reason I got tired of manosphere type stuff is it did become clear many of the guys were legitimately trashy like this and would hate even the conservative culture they claimed to want. Dick doesn't claim to want that but a lot of his paypigs do so it's almost more brazenly trashy.

Episode 214 started poorly but picked up when Ryan Long was on, he's always good, and then a guy who was at CHAZ called in (1:32:43) and told some entertaining stories about his time there. One guy trying to run a Chinese restaurant (who wasn't Chinese) got told to shut his operation down because one of the militia guys (old black dude) told him it wasn't sanitary, the food vendor refused, and the militia guy decked him in the face.
Then they play yet another novelty song by the Hard Men Working Hard and to the surprise of no one, it's bad, just like everything else they make and then they play some voicemails where one guy moans about his wife sending him TikTok videos.
So I guess this episode was all over the place in terms of quality, but it was listenable, though not relistenable.
Dick says he contacted a Chinese bank to work with but they weren't accepting new merchants due to covid-19. Maybe this was for that UnionPay thing. And that "paying 10k for a lawyer" wasn't set in stone, but he said it would cost $10k to get a lawyer to attempt to find out who/what crime was committed by whoever got him on the MATCH list. However, the lawyer couldn't guarantee he would even get a straight answer.
