I'll try to get into contact with the arresting officers in this case; mostly to see the conditions Nick was in prior to his arrest.

Any info you can get that would be public knowledge would be great, but please don't put your own job at risk in the process.

As for his computer, I doubt they will find anything illegal on it. As many have said he has VERY restricted internet access 2 hours a month and the browser on his phone. He didn't know how to encode a video that wasn't the best part of half a gig and he seemed to be more interested in things like Dial a Song and ask.fm when he was on-line, I have no doubt there is Porn on there some of it probably really disgusting but not the kind of things that would get charges added to his current list.

I'm going to have to disagree with you. My opinion on what is likely to happen to Nick is based on the actual evidence against him, his repulsiveness as a person, which will come out in any trial featuring the evidence we've seen, and the kind of sentences handed out to people who have committed similar crimes.

I am not being optimistic, but realistic, in pointing out that Nick will be lucky ever to see the light of day again in his life.

He is not Chris. Chris, while facing a charge that is a "felony" on the books in Virginia, basically just sprayed a dude with pepper spray and it had no effect on the guy at all. It's a nothing crime.

What Nick did is an absolutely heinous crime against a child.

He's going away for a long time. Period. That's what's going to happen.
