I always imagined his snack tray as one of those cheap cardboard ones wrapped in tin foil, so it wouldn't do any damage unless he hit them square in the eye with it.

From what I've seen today, I do believe that Ron's cheese is starting to slide off his cracker. When, not if, appeals sends this back, he is going to crack like an egg.

Oh, and another thing. If they were in fact not supposed to contact anyone, they violated that by telling you, @Ron Toye, about it, and even if it was okay for them to include you in the "confidential" investigation, you also violated the supposed "don't contact anyone" rule by telling the whole fucking world about it.
You, the defendants, collectively, all told everyone about the investigation that you supposedly weren't allowed to tell anyone about. You ran your mouths about it on Twitter and anywhere else to anyone who would listen, including Vic, who of course you know is on Twitter.
So don't try to tell us that they weren't supposed to tell anyone anything, you fucking hypocrite.

Hey @Ron Toye, when this whole suit doesn't go the way you've been saying it will, are you going to make good on all that shit you talked and try to fight Vic? When he, being the gentleman that he is, only slaps you around with an open hand (because he won't use a closed fist against women or the very feminine), will you cry more or less than you did on that stream? Will you sperg even harder than usual when you catch Monica wringing out her panties after she saw you get your ass handed to you by her O.G. love interest?

There wasn't even a question for you in there. But okay... You piss on Vic for not remembering if he was fired or simply left a job over 30 years ago.. Yet you can't remember when or where you first met Vic when it was fewer years ago than that. One would think you could at least get one detail right, but you can't manage that. You been to "a bunch" of cons he was at. So, why did you continuously witness Vic "assaulting" women before your eyes at cons while standing by and doing nothing? You're a failure of a sheepdog... Some "protector of women" you are. Go sleep in the doghouse.
Ron, when someone destroys your life with words, what are you to do? The damage of accusations like that are irreversible. Let's say you are accused of beating your son on a daily basis. There is enough evidence to be shared that you are an abuser of women and children. That gets spread and shared among your community. Eventually, people won't think you're a safe person to be around and you get fired from your job since they hear enough complaints that you've been abusing female coworkers and clients. Perhaps someone fears for your son's safety and your son is taken from you since you are deemed a danger to children. What would you do? If someone's words took away your way of living and your child from you... What actions would you take? Do you not have a right to defend yourself? Or is having your job and kid taken from you just the result of others exercising free speech and totally fair?
That wasn't even a question about Vic. But for you to answer this way just reveals how much hate you hold in your heart for Vic. It has been this way since the beginning, huh? No one is asking for you to be "nice" to Vic, but you never even gave him an ounce of respect. What did Vic do to you personally? Not Monica. Just you... because you were vicious towards Vic even before the lawsuit was even filed.
@Ron Toye Question, do you think it is wise to bash the judge of your case over fees while the appeal has yet to be processed? After all if your insurance is picking up the bill after you, wouldn't the smart play be just leave it be and not antagonize the judge that will have to deal with you again? Or is being vindictive towards the other party more important?

Yes it seems that they did not pick up that Chipp might have realised he fucked up that day ( due to getting btfo'ed in his primary race) and figured the easiest way for to fix it, is dismiss everything so it can be send back on appeals. If he had kept any of the 17 counts, they would have had to be trailed before the rest could be appealed

tbqh asking a man his height is like asking a woman her weight: you never get the right answer.
and the shorter you go the more they embelish it. I've known guys that were 5'4" and tried to say they were 5'9", so I'm guess Mr. Toye is around 5'6"/5'7"

And besides existing+being in Monica's head along Jamie's and even the Funi's team, Vic's something Ron will NEVER be: a beloved&respected man that has good relationships with his old mother and loves to entertain his fans and after all these years is still a very humble man that even felt the need to apologize if he ever made someone feel unconfortable, yet Ron's trying his hardest to depict him as a sex pest only for cheating on an girlfriend that was a cheater herself and hiring some prostitutes and hugging+kissing fans at cons? Just like those 17 useless affidavits, still doesn't prove anything he claims beside how much of a chad/alpha man Vic is and kinda shows how jealous is Ron of an older&better man than him, I wouldn't be surprised if instead of Moronica it was HE that cried himself to sleep and had to be babied-up by his fucking fiancee every night.
