Also can we not ask for proof from Shovel Mick, I know we all want the details but in this one case we need to keep Weening to the absolute minimum, let the legal system deal with him.

A small, selfish part of me wishes he were being prosecuted for stalking me as well, but what matters in the end is that he gets put away for a long, long time. And while what happened to me is terrible and has left me with some pretty major issues, what his sister went through is downright unimaginable. Just...ugh, I've said it before, but I'll say it again: I have nothing but respect and admiration for that kid, and I do so hope that Nick getting locked up is a step towards recovery for her.

The prosecutor in central PA is a real hardass. If you decided to give testimony, assuming nick went to trial. You could put him away for 40+ years. Keep that in mind. If you have any legal questions, PM me.

Stoutzenberger was arraigned before District Judge Joshua Keller, and sent to Lancaster County Prison in lieu of $150,000 bail.

$150,000. For once, I'm proud of our judicial system.

Yeah, he isn't getting out. If nothing else he'll at least be in lockup until the end of the trial. There is no way anyone in his family cares about him enough to pony up the cash for him to post bail, not even the $15,000 to secure a bondsman, even if they could afford it. And his family doesn't seem the type to have that kind of money to spend.
