According to your own words in the lawsuit, you only demanded a warrant AFTER they had already entered your house, which one can infer that you gave verbal consent and thus a warrant is no longer needed.
if you had not given consent (which I doubt, you’re stupid), then what most likely happened is that they deemed the situation emergent enough and therefore a warrant can also be waved. They will then have to prove this in court, but I have no doubt that the judge will side with them based on your worrying actions and words in Kiwifarms alone. Who knows what your neighbors see and hear.
