Maybe? But when O-kiku "came out" in the manga people lost their minds on Tumblr, so I have no clue what's going on.

They also ignored Usop Oda has said that his nationality would be African in the real world. It's like most fandom people don't bother to read or watch the media they came to love and only learn to parrot what they have been told. I mean the first image of "nami" doesn't take into account that their are other species let alone that Nami was effectively a slave to the fishmen for years. Kind of makes the all others free tagline a little creepier don't it.

"Miku can be anything as long as she remains a 16 year old girl"
This is the kind of person who screams pedophilia at NSFW art of "underage" characters right? It's just weird to bring that up if you're not implying aging up characters is the equivalent of being Satan.

This is such an annoying thing about newfags coming into older series and wanting to retroactively change the rules. Vocaloid has first and foremost been a thing that was intended to be used for any purpose, both the characters and their voices. Making Miku a 16 year old girl was merely a marketing move to appeal to otaku, but after that people who made anything with her could do whatever they want. This is why there's dozens of songs featuring Miku and co being older or younger that are actively promoted by the company who made her -- because anything goes. All these people who only heard of Miku through some stupid meme think they can just come along and say, "Actually Miku was made with these strict guidelines because I say so". Then they try to cancel half the music producers and artists that have been around since she was released for being "pedos" cause they don't make content the way they want them too.

And, this isn't even exclusive to Vocaloid seeing as even something as benign and inoffensive as Avatar the Last Airbender is getting a new influx of fans coming in and calling the voice actor of one of the characters a pedophile for vocally liking a ship they think is bad.

can someone explain to me what exactly the message is here

More cursed IT art for the soul (or lack thereof)

There's a lot to unpack here but how about we throw away the entire suitcase and call it a day?

Apparently, these are supposed to be Richie, Stanely and Patty from Stephen King's IT. Because this is totally what comes to mind when I think of IT.

Maybe I am not paying enough attention, but what's exactly SJW-ish about these? They seem more like childishly cute representations of the characters with gay shipping thrown in.

Being a degenerate is normal and not something that makes you different. People who say it's abnormal to use a power tool on yourself nightly or to fuck a pillow are just bad people.
It seemed more like a false equivalency thing to me. The Karen caricature conflates a woman using sex toys with a NEET fucking a body pillow, and the audience is supposed to agree with the artist in that only the former is a "normal behavior." I mean, yeah, owning a body pillow is a far cry from "normal behavior," but you're still getting off to it, so insisting that it's totally different from a woman shoving silicone up her cooch seems a little silly. Saying that they're similar in this aspect is not "gaslighting," much as the artist wants you to believe it is.

I think it's more an excuse to shit on toxic nerdbros more than anything, because I don't think anyone in the real world — as in, not a caricatured strawman — is actually arguing that these two things are equally socially acceptable. Especially not a "Karen," a term that this artist uses to mean "woman I disagree with." Pretty sure Karen wouldn't be vouching for NEETS humping pillows when she could easily spend that time treating her son's malignant tumor with essential oils.

So basic "Penis bad!" tantrum?

I found this artist on Instagram who has a weird fascination with making vocaloids brown.
They also have woke ocs:
Here's their "meet the artist":
Here's a bonus artist:
They also shill a lot about BLM:
Anyway, that's it for now.

Shit at the top's actually pretty cute, I like both of those ocs and I don't mind the vocaloids since they're at least drawn nicely. The fucking BLM/ACAB picture is atrocious though lol the animal crossing font + the clown makeup + the sketch-y style is equal parts lazy and ridiculous

This is the same person who draws the Sailor Moon characters with terrible skin diseases, right? At least she seems to be toning that down. (It still looks kinda ugly but I do think this style has potential)
