It is.

But these groups (new black panthers and new generation freedom fighters) have been hitting small towns here.
I have no idea who is funding them but they are being bussed into small, 90%+ white towns and starting shit.
They were denied purchase of firearms in Johnson City because they were acting like assholes and sending in teenagers.
Then they were acting like fools at the state shooting range, literally pointing loaded guns at each other.
There was a protest on the 4th of july but local biker gangs turned up.
They have been trying their damnedest to pop shit off in these towns.

Anyone who would waste their time putting flyers that say 'nigger' on someone's car or tying a noose to hang near someone who might get upset about it is retarded, whether they be white, black, brown or green.
