Unless you're a wealthy neoliberal corporatist, Biden brings nothing to the table and he's a weak candidate by himself. It's pretty obvious the majority of votes for Biden will be more along the lines of votes against Trump, and "I'm not the other guy" is historically a weak platform (just ask John Kerry or Mitt Romney)

I think a lot of Biden's chances will depend on who gets picked for his VP.

American politics has been two sided since George Washington left office. However both sides would be pro-White America and heritage.

To see the democratic party give no fucks about the heritage and culture of the nation is fascinating. There is no common base from which both parties ideals or goals are derived.

To openly shit on your own heritage in order to get brownie points from minorities that despise you more than nazis and the KKK is fascinating.

thats the thing, the different sides still have different beliefs but practically ive never seen a recent president actually be anything more than a figurehead leading the american war/subversion machine to try and grab more power and economic benefits. Obama still decided to deport iirc record numbers (more than trump even) along with his vp biden and secretary of state hillary, both of trump's opponents, Biden and Hillary both supported crime bills and were willing to say it was black communities with these issues and i think just recently a spokesperson said biden isnt for defunding the police.

i just dont get it, i dislike biden supporters sure but i only really dislike them because of the lengths they went to elect an indistinguishable candidate. otherwise theyre just these twats that somewhat more left wing old white guys pander to without really giving them a whole lot. the only dems on the national level iirc who actually would act on the insane shit mocked here are three or four congressmen. i dont know to me itd be like yelling at one mc donalds ceo over the other and rioting because they have private beliefs that they dont even really bring into their work

That’s generally not how it works in this environment. All it takes is a judge to say that amnesty for DACA is discriminatory and it should apply to all immigrants. Then it gets appealed up through SCOTUS where the “conservative” court rules 5-4 in favor of the judge.

Besides “amnesty and that’s it!” doesn’t work. We’ve seen that play out and there is no reason to think it’s going to work this time.

Amnesty - not even once.
