No. That's a picture of Habermann (topright), who used to run the trolling group "Metokur" which Jim was a part of and then disbanded it. After Jim un-ragequit the internet, abandoning the name Internet Aristocrat, he rebranded as Mr Metokur. He started using Habermann's picture, and said the reason he used the name Metokur is because Habermann regretted it and wanted it forgotten/buried so this was Jim's way of ensuring Habermann and Metokur were remembered.
