IMHO, I think we would have 20 news stories about China beating Wuflu if what you say was true. With footage from within China. I know the CCP has mocked the west about their handling of Wuflu. I don't think they've let the MSM back in the country yet.

If 1/4th fo those downstream die between the flooding, food shortages, water shortages, and disease following a collapse, the death toll would be higher then both world wars combined, or all the combined deaths of the spanish flu worldwide. It would be a biblical flood. It gives you a sense of what the writers of the bible may have seen that became the basis of the story of Noah.
If any of the dams upstream violently fail 3GD will fail. A surge that large simply couldnt be contained when this much water is already present and flowing this fast.
That is real fucking optimistic to think that China has any sort of plan regarding 3GD failing, especially given the state of their bio labs, the rampant pollution of their drinking water and farmland, ece.
