I’ve been asking myself for sometime where the anal torture orginates and the pet theory I have gives a different take than the one you have given, though I don’t think many people will find it as plausible or compelling as your own. I have drafted an analysis several times but I always delete them without posting because of their length and an overwhelming sense of irresponsibility on my part. I think now a TLDR version might be appropriate.
I think Lucas was sexually assaulted by an older man known to his family and was sodomized. He didn’t receive appropriate treatment and thus his sexual development halted; victims of abuse as teenagers often “get stuck” in the same sexual maturity level they were abused at and will often stay there without treatment. I think he’s been victimized since then, in particular that story where he provides oral copulation to his roommate for access to a particular woman which he was denied. I think his talk about incontinence being a problem for him in his early adulthood was a learned defense tactic to keep predators away. I think this also explains why he uses gay porn as punishment or fear tactic, even though on a conceptual level he isn’t homophobic, he acts like one because he experinced gay sex in the worst possible way.
I also think Lucas has assaulted women already, but his victims were probably older women and/or sex workers, those kind of victims wouldn’t report the attacks and thus Lucas is able to get away with it. You’ll notice Lucas never really mentions sex workers even though his mating strategy is essentially a transaction of food for sex; I’d bet a 100 bucks he has a reputation among sex workers somewhere and thus avoids saying anything.
I think it is inevitable that Lucas will assault a young woman or female minor (if he already hasn’t) and I think Lucas will probably die in state custody; if it isn’t in prison then in some kind of civil commitment facility for sex offenders. The man has pretty much every red flag for this: Mood Disorder, Personality Disorder, Intellectual Disability, history of aggression, explicit fantasies involving young women that indicate sexual excitement as a response to anal torture and other forms of domination. You don’t have this menagerie of bullet points without acquiring them through trauma and abuse.
