The trolls are a character in her narrative that she created. Less effort for similar payout and higher emotional gain/worship from those she seeks to corrupt. Corrupt the trolls into acting the way you want helps paint her as unstable. Deliberate madness for profit.

All this stuff about sex pest/abuser of the week in her Discord server is just her manufacturing problems. This kind of thing happens in community spaces, especially ones like hers where it's a lot of damaged adults and fucked up kids conflating verbal abuse, emotional blackmail, and BDSM with therapy. Going through all of this fake 'therapy' with someone who harassed other users, prioritizing their feelings over those of the people they harassed, and then making the shocked Pikachu face when it doesn't work out is performance art. A normal admin just bans these people. It's easy and takes 30 seconds.
The other part of this that's completely baffling is why the existing members don't leave. The same shit keeps happening over and over with malcontents popping up and getting preferential treatment. Her users are a bunch of goddamn doormats. If they're uncomfortable with problem users repeatedly harassing them in the presence of an uncaring owner, why not see yourself out? There's so many other community spaces they can be a part of without having to worry about capricious, ineffectual admins and mods enabling predatory weirdos. Her server is so culty.

It's not that surprising actually. Social groups tend to cluster together naturally and people dislike breaking up cliques for fear their friends won't come with them. Sometimes this can even result in the person who initially leads or starts the group to leave while the rest hang around and carry on in the same online space. There's a sense of safety in numbers, even online, with the sentiment that if abuse happens there's at least other witnesses.
It's also possible that there are users there who are well aware of what's going on but are staying to document evidence for other purposes and may be coordinating on their own to attempt to out the server or provide an alternative, or to do a more expansive callout off of Kiwifarms since that shit is generally considered more credible. Or some do want to leave, but have friends who are too dense to take the hint so stick around to keep an eye on them in the hopes they won't get hurt. Teenagers and the mentally ill get very easily enmeshed into unhealthy social groups that way.
Some victims even see themselves as somehow at fault for the suffering of others at the hands of a predator and think that it is their duty to stick around and help fix things or find out the truth, rather than getting themselves out for their own safety and providing resources and another space after the fact. A lot of abusers utilize this as a method of entrapment, to keep victims close by forcing them to act as a therapist or confidant and make them think they're actually improving the situation when really nothing has changed.
All this is to say that Glip and co. have created a very insular, closed-off atmosphere where abusers can run rampant and be expected to get help and maybe even sympathy if they have the right combination of disorders, rather than providing the victims and others the security of having an administrative team who is willing to bum-rush creeps regardless of what excuses they make.

I can't imagine willingly considering a place like that an actual community. You shouldn't be on pins and needles every time you interact with someone- mindful and polite yeah, but not anxious and apprehensive about how they're going to take something meant to be innocuous. Maybe I'm asocial as fuck, but I feel like you're better off without friends if PK and her slimy pedodogfuck brigade is the best you can do.
Imagine thinking a 75% chance of being screamed at and emotionally blackmailed or sexually harrassed is fucking normal for a community. That's worse than the odds in retail with the added chances of being shot.

People who grow up in emotionally abusive environments or situations will often seek out or wind up stuck in similar situations more than once; they're drawn in by familiarity, especially if they haven't had much time to learn the difference between well meaning criticism and emotional battery, or positive reinforcement vs. lovebombing.
Many people believe that that sort of atmosphere is a normal everyday thing, and that walking on eggshells is necessary to maintain friendships and comradarie. This is especially true for kids who are still in high school, where a majority of the relationships there tend to be similar with regards to how drama propogates and is dealt with. You might get a friend group who is up on the shit and knows to oust known creeps and weirdos, but most prefer to live and let live and whomever abandons the friendgroup first is quickly forgotten regardless of who did what.

Subjugation to power and worship instills zealotry and fear. Being in a community of like-minded people relieves the pain of indviuality and intoxicates oneself in an ideology of harm for pleasure. this happened with joop, too, who said he was basically alienated after being excommunicated from flora server. see also: abuse victims being unable to leave an abusive situation for multiple reasons (fear of their own safety, fear of others' safety, self-doubt due to gaslighting, etc etc)
i feel like this comment, the highlighted parts in particular, help underline the general feeling of most individuals in the server. mush hints that glip's tone is always lowkey accusatory and has a feeling that theyre gonna be kicked at any moment because of some unknown slight theyve done against glip. it illustrates the "walking on pins and needles" that a lot of folks have mentioned here and in the server.
then you've got the adamant "I can say right now that I am not doing another test." which VERY OBVIOUSLY shows the emotional drain these "tests" have. (are these more intensive "scenes" for ""bad people""?) the hard boundary this person made against GLIP, who most are kind of tentative about, to me shows how fucking awful and abusive they are. no fucking wonder nobody wants to do them.
also, "you dont have to do another test" implies that most of the time scenes/tests are mandatory lol
