We had no flood in Hungary but just a very wet summer. Still a lot of fruits rotted and the harvest is bad. Now it sucks but we are agricultural country, we won't starve. We got around 47% arable land currently but we had it at 85% in Lovecraft times. So we are working at half capacity.
