Eh I vote Elephant in every election and can argue that there has been systemtic racism in law & order. Most of it has been legislated out though but I think even today some live on. Great example was how cops could pull over a darkie and throw their ass in prison for a joint in their car. Now yes that could also happened to whites but were cops pulling over whites (and then inspecting their cars) as much? I agree with a sentiment that Dick made, drug laws overwhelmingly punished minorities.

What you are saying is true. However, the number of black and white who smoke weed is equal. Despite this, blacks are four times as likely to be arrested for it, which I'd assume is more of a neighbourhood problem than a race issue.
