Wait, I thought this was a debate about loli porn that got digi heated enough to abandon his own discord. This seems more like a debate about pedophilia than anything. This makes his getting heated over it much weirder—well, weirder than getting heated over loli debates, I guess.

Digi didn't actually participate in the argument herself for the record, though she seems to have taken a side on Twitter.

Digi and May left the server because the argument made some kind of unrelated drama between May and one of the other pro-loli users resurface and May apparently got mad that the rest of the server didn't want that user banned.

Ah right I read that part earlier in the thread but without the context. So not only is Digi doing nothing to hide his pedophilic fetishes, but he's totally whipped by his girlfriend? I just don't get how this all led him to exile himself from his reputed community. I guess May is just a truly bad influence on his life.

I did hear that the creator of Ruroni Kenshin did get caught up with a disk with what would be considered CP on it... I don't know too much about this case but I don't have a lower opinion of Ruroni Kenshin manga because of it. It is unlikely this is the only time this sort of thing happened. And of course, any work by Watsuki Nobuhiro is more worthy than anything Diginee or his orbiters will create in their lives.

It seems the punishment in Japan for possession of CP may be less harsh than the punishment in the US, however I am no expert on the laws.

There's a maximum sentence of 5 years for people who are distributing it. Being caught with just possession requires you to dispose of it within 1 year before any sort of prosecution

I mostly just caught screenshots of the pro-loli side to be honest, most of the anti-pedo argument is missing in those. The debate went on for hours across a span of two or three days. It was only one anti-pedo person vs. the entire server though.

I'm going to assume that you are the "Sparky" individual given that the mentions in the screenshots are highlighted, meaning they're at the very least that person's screenshots.

The timestamps on these look pretty bizarre upon closer examination. Some of these messages and screenshots are being sent at 4 and 5 AM and continue well into 9 AM. I get that fucking with people can be fun, but jesus christ don't let it, mess with your sleep.

I doubt he and his ilk are even self aware enough to realize that hatred is growing as the propaganda insists that they are the future and that every one worth while either already agrees or will come to agree with them. Which of course is an interesting contrast to their other widely held belief that nobody hates them for their actions only what they Identify as.
