Knock and announce is the standard rule, at least on paper, but no-knocks are becoming more and more common, and sometimes cops will do a no-knock even when the warrant is the standard kind. This is for the safety of the police themselves as well as the public because simply doing a home invasion out of nowhere is going to startle people into violent responses a fair percentage of the time. The only time a no-knock should happen is when it would be less dangerous, although stupidly, just having drugs involved often justifies a no-knock based on the concept that people will destroy the drugs if given any chance. While this is true, it doesn't justify endangering the public. Only actual danger, like an armed and known to be violent suspect, should justify a no-knock.

That ar-15 is obviously an airsoft/toy. Notice how small the proportions are of the gun with a woman holding it. Especially next to the pistol in the next image. The small details of the ar-15 are also missing. The belt is attached wrong in a completely stupid way. This woman does not know anything about what she's holding. I wonder if she actually thinks it's a real gun. Lastly, her uniform is completely ill fitting, like someone else bought it for her. As for size, I think the slightly overhead perspective is messing with the size reference points a bit. Top down + her and her hands being large (jesus) + AR low in frame + barrel missing off the edge of the screen make it look a bit smaller than it already it (32 in collapsed).

For details, I see everything I should be seeing but the takedown pin, right side safety nub, and mag release are kind of lost in the potato camera unless you zoom in and look for splotches of slightly lighter dark grey.

It even comes with the sling attachment pictured, though I can't endorse attaching a two point sling to a single point sling attachment and calling it a day.

I can't ID the red dot offhand but it looks like one of the cheap red dots you can get for under $150 that are decent (but aren't aimpoints). Or possibly one of the airsoft clones that are even cheaper, look near identical, and barely hold zero when subjected to recoil stouter than a .22 LR.

Sneaking up on a stranger from behind and aggressively putting your arm around him and not letting go is not "trying to have a conversation".
