Jumping back a few pages, but I don't think Tatum was talking about Vic here. My guess is this was about an aspiring VA/youtuber named CDawgVA who mimics a lot of Tatum's characters in his videos and befriended Tatum in a fairly obvious attempt to use the connection to build up his VA career. Tatum even did videos on the guy's channel where they both voiced his popular characters together, but that abruptly stopped around the same time Tatum posted this.

As a Black Butler fan, I'll inform you on 3 things

1: Grell is a crossdressing Grim Reaper who wants to fuck Sebastian Michealis (Tatum's character & MC of BB), & Grell is also a degenerate in general. However, he's still the funniest character in the show.

2: In the dub of Season 3, Book of Circus. Monica's character kills Vic's character at the climax of the arc.

3: The watch order for Black Butler anime is as follows:

Season 1 Canon Episodes: 1-6, 13-15 > Book of Circus > Book of Murder > Book of Atlantic.
Majority of S1 & all of S2 us non-canon.

Anime Ohana was apparently an anime convention held in Hawaii in October 2015 and featured Monica as a guest. It was also founded by Stan Dahlin and David Williams (whom Ron was most likely referring to when he tweeted about "David"). Now rather that email is legit remains to be seen.

I wonder if these people know that it's easier to prove something happened then to prove it didn't happen. Stan can't provide contracts/conversations because, I'm willing to bet, there is none. Therefore, Stan probably doesn't owe money. Ron claims to hold the smoking gun (LIE), but is now turning it around on Stan. I'm not surprised at all.
