I have a thin shred of sympathy for Foster, because he doesn't appear to have actually done anything except brandish his weapon, but in Texas, that's grounds to get your ass shot. As far as his quad-amputee sheboon wife goes, if she meant as much as their families claim she did, why in the fuck did he bring her to a protest where open carry was going to happen? And as far as "she was knocked from her wheelchair!" is concerned, that happened because someone opened fire, and the crowd all charged away, like spooked cattle.

Far as I'm concerned, whoever fired the first 5 rounds we clearly hear in the video, that's the person responsible for Foster's death, and whatever harm befell his wife, as a result of the stampede.

TLDR - Play stupid games, win stupid prizes, Mr Foster has won this round.

Knowingly pointing your gun at someone is assault with deadly weapon in every state as far as I know, and puts someone in fear of imminent bodily harm. This is grounds for justified homicide.

There is very much a reason why basic gun safety is "never point your gun at something you are not okay with destroying." Its a doctrine that reflects that actions and intentions need to be aligned when handling a firearm. Its madness that some of these people seem to think you have to wait for someone to actually start shooting before you can return fire.

Well, I definitely don't feel like people should be killed for their skin color alone, but even if you are a teenager who keeps going on gang muggings, I think after a few strikes you should be culled. If this culls more people of a particular skin color, too bad, you should have raised your kids better.

I basically feel like, if you catch someone in the act of stealing from or doing any other great harm to you anything you do to that person should be permissible by law. You basically revoke your status of human when you choose to become a criminal.

personally im not gonna take a vaccine because i'm young and healthy enough that covid isn't a serious threat to me, and i think getting invasive medical treatment like vaccination is more potentially harmful to me than the risk of catching covid.
might be wrong, might be right, who knows. at the end of the day it's my body and i'm not gonna let some doctor or nurse poke me with a needle because some clueless politicians decided that's the way to go - especially when those same politicians have flip flopped randomly on multiple issues related to covid in the past already.
first it was "masks do nothing for you", now it's "masks are mandatory by law".
first it was "haha drumpf is a dumb racist for closing his borders", a week later it was "we are now closing all our borders, effective immediately".
also half of them say hydroxychloroquine is fake news by drumpf while the other half of the world is apparently deploying the same substance as standard covid treatment to great effect? yeah no i'm not gonna let any of these brainless morons make intrusive health decisions for me.

A few things about why that article is complete trash. Let me link to the actual CSIS report, because NBC doesn't actually want you to read it.

First of the fact that the report doesn't list the current riots isn't surprising since it was published on June 17.

Second, while it mainly notes right wing terrorist attacks, it does discuss left wing terror groups, including Antifa. The NBC article does not discuss this at all.

Third, I thought this conclusion in the report was interesting. Once again, NBC doesn't mention it.

Third, a polarizing event other than the presidential election—such as a school shooting or racially-motivated killing—could spark protests that extremists attempt to hijack. As highlighted in the introduction, extremists from all sides attempted to hijack the May and June 2020 protests in the United States as an excuse to commit acts of terrorism.

Illegal dumping, littering, illegal burning (since its off site) and/or burning out of season as per Oregon law, and I can't find info on if any law exsits but Portland has been under a red flag warning (which normally means "No burning") so might be subjected to extra fines/jail time/what ever.

To truly be appropriate to what they are expecting from slavery reparations, all dark-skinned people would have to be responsible for the rapes, robberies and murders done by anyone in their skintone range, regardless of their personal family history or even if they were in the country at the time.

Collective guilt is absurd.
