Took me a while to catch up on 20 ish pages. But yeah, Phil really is the ultimate consoomer. What true gamer would ever get pissed off about consoles and companies going less platform exclusive and giving people a choice about what platform to play on?

His whole: how are you going to convince people to buy your console if you have no exclusives d00d? Like bruh... maybe by having just the better console hardware wise and price wise? You know... shit that’s legit consumer friendly instead of just: you wanna play this game? Well better buy our console.

Also decided to watch Phil’s Witcher 3 TIHYDP since he keeps comparing ghosts of Tsushima to it, had to clock out after 50 minutes when I noticed he tried to give Geralt the same hair and goaty as himself.

Please give us your thoughts on the Black Lives Matter protesters, Mr. Phil "It Sounds Like an African Village Outside" Burnell.

It's been months since George Floyd, they need to get a life. Great advice from Mr. Phil "I Waited Three Years to Revenge Tweet ProJared" Burnell.

These protesters need to get a life. Maybe they should write up guides for Phil on how to do basic shit in minecraft. Perhaps they could study art and draw pictures of Phil as a Samurai. Or they could make a tribute video for Phil's next vest streak celebration. That's what people with a healthy social life do with their time.
The judge should sentence each of them to a thousand hours of watching Phil's streams on youtube, raw, with no commentary. Nothing less, nothing more :^)

Seeing how he use his "tools" to milk his fans... did he just call himself a professional BEGGER?
That was precisely how I decided to take it at first glance, and so that's how I'm going to continue to do so. Whether he meant it or not, this was an admission that, in terms of both how he views himself and what he believes his fans are paying for, Phil is not a video game streamer. He is playing Pasty Fat White Middle-Aged Man Dress-Up.

I was watching a Mighty D video and noticed that DSP recently brought up his bankruptcy. DSP claimed that his bankruptcy was unnecessarily prolonged because of "sociopaths" contacting the trustee. He also implied that he had to pay his attorney more than her basic fee so she would continue to help him. The consensus in the bankruptcy thread seemed to be that the trustee didn't bother to properly investigate Phil's finances or that she didn't want to touch Phil's case because of detractors spamming her email, but DSP claims his bankruptcy took 3 months longer than it should have because he had to disprove all the financial conspiracy theories.

I guess it's all moot at this point, but the reason I bring it up is because I'm one of the idiots that believes Phil inflates his tips (though I'm not sure how he does it). I feel that Phil getting his debts discharged despite of a thorough investigation into his finances lends some credibility to this theory because it would mean that his real income is below the state median (and he qualified for Chapter 7).

mrhuth noticed that dsp did not nail in the hookplate. He used tape. I would call him lazy but...

The taping of fixtures with adhesive to the Wakando's walls has become one of his go-to excuses for why he can't sell the Wakando and find cheaper housing. He claims that because all the echo-dampening foam and other fixtures are taped to the walls, it will not come off cleanly, and that will deter any potential buyers, since they will not know how to remove the foam from the wall for some reason.

If a game gives him the option to create a character, Phil will ALWAYS make himself. He’ll spend half-an-hour making sure his nose is right, making sure his eyes are black and lifeless, making sure his jowls droop enough, and making sure his mouth is crooked like he’s had a stroke.

Phil’s lack of creativity and imagination is quite staggering. I think it’s also a symptom of his narcissism. The entire universe revolves around Phil... even the video game universe.

I mean, no shock here, but he's lying. His bankruptcy, start to finish, was a little over 4 months (Jan 31st - May 9th) from when he filed to when he got his discharge paperwork. I understand that it took ~2 more months for the case to be fully closed out, but he got his discharge in May. He convinced Nancy's boomer ass that his gacha pulls were microtransactions, and she didn't bother to see whether he had actually created any of his patented "on-demand khantent" with it. The idea that his bankruptcy would somehow be finished in 1-2 months is abject nonsense.

Edit: This timeframe also included the creditor meeting being moved on at least one occasion when Phil didn't show up (and on another because of the Covid rescheduling?). So yeah, his claim that it took 3 months longer than it should have is spectacular bullshit, even for him.

Even tools need maintenance, which Phil will never do.
Um, you're confused. Phil spends $5k each month on maintaining his tools.
Nevermind that this $25 rack is more than he has spent on any actual equipment in that office in the last 2 years, I've got some approved bankruptcy docs that confirm massive maintenance expenses.

I guess it's all moot at this point, but the reason I bring it up is because I'm one of the idiots that believes Phil inflates his tips (though I'm not sure how he does it). My main problem with this theory is that I'm not sure why he would inflate his own tips, at least prior to the vest streak. I could understand him doing it now, since the vest streak has become a symbol of his scamming lies positivity and owning the trolls, giving him reason to fake tips in order to keep the streak going and keep the cash cow alive. But prior to this he often failed to hit the tips goal, and even had a few fundraisers that were total failures. The ones that were rousing successes often involved a name that appears to be real (Jeff with the Jasper reveal).

The other issue is that Phil's stated income on the bankruptcy forms is right in line with Actually's estimates of his earnings. That would work with the inflated tips theory because it's based on the public facing information. However, Actually based his estimates off of a tax amount deduced from Phil's tax rants. This would mean that he wouldn't just doing it for the public facing numbers, but that he was also reporting it as actual income for tax purposes, and therefore costing himself more money. Phil is all about pride and ego, but he's also about greed - inflated tips would seem to eat too far into the bottom line to be of much appeal.

Phil lying about his expenses and finessing his way around that in the bankruptcy seems more likely given that his $5k business expenses is massively inflated. The expenses were a necessary component to show that Phil was not turning any kind of profit each month, so they were also imperative to him getting the bankruptcy. And if his spending on Champions is true, he must have hidden that expense somewhere on those forms, since it is a lot of missing income that had to be accounted for somewhere. Basically, his income seems to check out as reported based on a few different vectors, it's his expenses that don't hold up based on what we know.

Additionally, he would have had to tell Nancy that the official forms were deliberately erroneous and he had been sending fake tips to himself to throw us off, and gave her the real numbers 'behind the scenes', despite the public filing remaining the same. I feel like that's a bit of an issue, legally.
