Seriously, the point of this wasn't to bring on her actual dad, it was to both blow Ethan's viewership right out of the fucking water, and to bring attention to the dad and his tweets. The kayfabe was for comedy purposes because these guys are having fun, ofc, but bringing attention to what's going on in the background of Ralph's sick "relationship" was a part of it.

Mission accomplished, I'd say.

On one hand he's an alcoholic and a lazy american. So that's probably part of the reason. But on the other hand when he lost the weight, his gunt was still there. The skin is stretched out and that's probably why it looks like it does on the infamous meme picture. He'd need skin removal surgery. Losing a lot of weight and then running around as a loose skinbag can be pretty rough on your psychology I would guess.
