You know, when Melinda joined this forum and started sperging out, I made the prediction that she'd use the interactions she had to try for another lawsuit. After skimming the last 80 pages, I just wanted to point out I was right. To be fair, it doesn't take a fortune teller to see that coming.

What I hadn't expected was Melinda losing what was left of her mind, challenging every Kiwi farms user to a duel, and then threatening further legal ramifications if her kid's names were posted. That was some jolly good content. Gave me quite the chuckle!

Also liked the Marshall alts, those were entertaining. The fantasy Marshall has built up where he has adoring fans lovingly relaying information to and from him on this site is sad, yet funny. Kinda like when he said he had various users' IP addresses. Sadly, those just didn't make it into the lulsuit.

Melinda reminds me and more of an angry Karen. Will use any and all arguments, especially flawed ones, but won't admit their flaw til it fails to stick. Then they'll make an excuse to ratchet things up even more. And they always, ALWAYS, want to talk to the next highest manager. Policy tells them no? Well this isn't about the policy, you were rude to them. Have the entire conversation recorded, and you were cordial the whole time? Well they spend a lot of money there. Only two transactions to their name? Well, Karen thinks this is all due to sexism. You actually like women? Well, Karen wants to talk to your manager. It's 2AM in the morning and you don't have a personal number to give out? Sounds like a problem with how the store is run.

Thing is, those people are never right, they just rely on screeching to make their point.

And don't bother trying to rebuff me, Melinda. I don't want to hear your own personal take on my opinion, or how you think I'm ineducated, yada yada. You've been repeating yourself for ages. Your boring responses are why I lost interest in this thread. Get back to me when you "win" your lawsuit.

Because not only does she have to stay in good graces with them by paying her rent on time and maintaining the property, but they're one of the few people in her life that have at least a somewhat decent look into her life and if they ever saw something they didn't like, could easily report her to the authorities.

Her landlord is trying to evict her. She's convinced there are shadowy connections between her landlord, Wise County CPS, and several kiwi farms posters. From what I gather, it's not even so much that her landlord wants her gone as that HUD is trying to cut off her housing subsidy. Of course, her reaction to the HUD thing has guaranteed that he wants her out now, regardless. After all, she reacted the way she always reacts: throwing spurious and malicious lawsuits at everybody in sight.

The landlord can easily pick up a new Section 8 renter, after he repairs any damage Melinda and her brood have done. Why would he want to continue renting to a litigious crazy with six kids, a dullard mouth-breather husband, and offensively assholish religious beliefs?

She hasn't written anything new and I'm reluctant to post her old ones, since she had at least some expectation of privacy by using PMs. I know she gave her permission, but I'm still thinking about it, plus I'd like to get permission from all participants. I'm not trying to be a tease about this, there is literally nothing new in anything she says in the PMs and I've described the important parts thoroughly already.
