She's just going to pretend it never happened. Melinda's done this before. She never seems to learn the obvious lesson: Marshall is a born loser with nothing going for him, and certainly isn't dependable or desirable as a mate or as a father. I'm certainly not surprised he believes in sov citizen bullshit. It's part and parcel of being a fringe cultist. It's also supremely selfish, which appeals to Marshall. I'm only surprised that Melinda doesn't agree with the sov citizen philosophy. I would think it would fit right in with her narcissism, hatred for the government, and her love for ridiculous misunderstanding of legal theories. She could throw around bullshit liens against everyone who pissed her off, it'd be right up her alley.

I can't get the BC without the registration paper first. Because he was the only other person over 18 there. There has to be a witness to sign if the mother wasn't alone.

Maybe they will let my 13 yr old sign?

Technically the law doesn't say someone over 18. I'll ask them
