Official Physical Health Speculation & Cancer Discussion - hulthy just big

I am not sure about chemotherapy, but I know more about radiotherapy. External beam radiotherapy (big machine with either a radioisotope source (mostly obsolete now) or an electron accelerator) works very well on delimited tumours (good for brain or breast cancers) but not so much for cancers where they have spread through lymph nodes. The first step of radiotherapy is to have imaging done with a radiotherapy simulator (specialized CT scanner).
The second type of radiotherapy is brachytherapy. In brachytherapy, radioactive needles or an applicator are inserted close to the tumours to irradiate them within the body. This works well for prostate cancer.
To be successful, they need to know where the cancer is through CT, MRI and possibly PET imaging. Unfortunately, Amber does not fit in those machines. She would need to lose a lot of weight first before they even attempt radiotherapy.
Some chemo can be an option, but since she probably already has heart damage a lot of important options can be off the menu. Chemo can fuck upyour heart for years, my boyfriend has minor heart damage from chemo 11 years later and he still has to take meds for it. The meds take the piss out of him too as they lower his blood pressure and he's a skinny young healthy thing. I doubt AL'd be able to handle both the chemo and latent effects.

I honestly believe that her cancer has spread. She said her lymph nodes were enlarges (I know that can be due to other factors, but still) and she said that the cancer was deep in her uterus. They don’t know if it’s spread because she’s too heavy to get a proper diagnosis.

I don’t know if she’ll die from this or not, but I’m putting money on her cancer having spread.

Yeah - she said that it isn't exactly good news - Maybe they know it has spread but because of her enormity that will not be able to tell how far without her losing a substantial amount of weight and she has to come off the oestrogen

Here comes TransLynn

Cancer is spread, people here called the shots on Norma's ending way before the liver situation was revealed, it may not be what will end the BEAST, but sure will try, funny watching a cancer killing another cancer.
It's interesting seeing how people fight the diagnosis in both cases, their brain protects themselves from the eminent ending... even to evil creatures like Hambo or the Williams "Hills Have Eyes" Clan.
Save your feelings to animals who deserve it, stop wasting it in creatures like Hambo and her no neck parasite.

So, if she's too fat to fit inside of an MRI, how would they ever be able to tell if the cancer metastasized? Even if she starts coughing or her bone ends up brittle, how can you tell the difference between general death-fatness and stage IV cancer?

Now I'm waiting for the video where she develops a dainty mysterious cough and wonders what could possibly be wrong with her NOW? (As she shovels in mouthfuls of gloppy mayo-laden tuna and pretends she's eating healthy)

She'd like brachytherapy even less, as that would involve dilation unless she wants her vaginal vault becoming a mess of scar tissue. Internal and external radiation seems to be more common for endometrial cancer than chemotherapy, but she was so vague about her cancer anyway that "not good news" doesn't necessarily mean she needs more treatment.
I’m marking this a winner for “vaginal vault” as a feminist and woman (cougar sometimes) I f’n love that!!! Lol vaginal vault!!!

Someone else might know more than me but I read that lymphedema can cause the lymph nodes to be enlarged. As she has not stated where the larger than lymph nodes are located it could be near where her lymphedema is? Also why would estrogen be given to decrease the uterine wall lining? I am two years postmenopausal and started bleeding. They went in did a biopsy and then put me on progesterone in a small dose to make sure that I do not start having a thinking wall as well as help prevent precancerous cells. There was no discussion of taking estrogen and all my research pointed to progesterone needed to be increased. Anyone else have estrogen given in these circumstances or is it given for people who have had a hysterectomy?

Amber's lying (also, water is wet) so when she starts gorging on CF and all the calorie dense food that Lexington has to offer, she can say 'My Doctor knows what works for me!!!'
She didn't lose any weight in the two and a half months that her mom was visiting. That means she continued to consume thousands of calories everyday to maintain her weight. She has no shame, couldn't even show some restraint in front of dear old mom. hahaahahahahaa, fat.

I am sure that she said to him that she is on a “weight loss journey “ and only eat about 2,000 calories. I suspect that this advice is from a surgery after care pamphlet.

I'm literally only checking this forum these days to see if she's dead yet...
Evidently everyone around her is dying, but she's still holding on and whilst click-baiting her cancer on social media.
What a fabulous fucking person.

remember that snapchat rant.. she'll go to her grave trying to prove the haydurs wrong. I think if she was dying she would never admit it because everyone told her she's going to die if she doesn't change. I think we'll be watching AL's funeral soon....

"Living right" is especially important after surgery. A reasonable person is going to eat 3-4 small, nourishing meals a day & make sure, over the course of the day, that it's nutritionally balanced. You don't want to stuff yourself into feeling overfull - not fun with an incision that's still relatively fresh. Drinking plenty of water helps your body flush out the cellular waste that's inevitable after a large incision. Hygiene, hygiene, hygiene... infection not good, Boo-Boo. Increasing the time spent on her feet & distance walked should be a daily goal. Nobody needs to work up to half marathon distance walking but a post-op patient should feel the effort daily & push a little more all the time. Proper sleep is crucial. I get that a solid 7-9 hours doesn't work for all people but a decent night's sleep & a short nap isn't going to hurt at this stage.

This is Amber - no doubt she's Gorilla glued herself to the most comfortable seat she's got & is exercising her voice calling on Becky to fetch & carry everything. The only other exercise she seems to be getting is for whatever fingers she uses to furiously tap out messages.

Did Cancer change her perspective? No way. All of that fake hyperventilating while saying she realizes it's her own fault was bullshit. Go back to what you normally do. Sleep until afternoon, lay around all day while stuffing yourself with ramen and subway and anything else you desire. I expected no more or less. She thinks she is immortal and I'm beginning to think she's right.

Damn, Amber. You was up till 5:30 AM (EST) tweeting.

I ain't a doctor, but isn't sleep very important regarding recovery from surgery? Is she high as a kite?

Painkillers generally make you sleep, not stay up all night. She’s probably taking them first thing when she wakes up then sleeps on and off all day (hopefully this works in Becky’s favour, although, she’s likely doing the same lol). And didn’t she just say she’s been getting the best sleep, yet she’s still up all night? She’s almost 30, this teenage sleeping cycle would’ve been fixed by now if there were ever a chance that it could be. Her body is fucked in every possible way. But of course, according to Hamber, she’s great and everyone that has the privilege of orbiting her is subsequently doing great as well, no matter how many stressful things have recently happened to each of them. That’s the summation of every single one of those tweets.

She is lying about bleeding for 2 years. Unless she means, on and off with long periods of time in between. Or she means having periods. She has said for a long time that her periods were never right, never showing up or bleeding a long time. But mainly I think she is lying because what woman who was bleeding for 2 years and doesn't use tampons would swim in a lake, numerous times, let alone get in that swimming pool in the back yard?

And now she is trying to say the UTI was the cancer? She is such an idiot. Your bladder is not your uterus. lol. And she was probably told numerous times at the emergency room or at whatever doctor she went to that she should see a gyno. Of course she will never admit anyone told her to.

Not to PL, but just comparing things; when I had uterine cancer, they told me after the biopsy (which she said she had) I had stage one. They can tell by the biopsy how far into the wall it is. The day after the hysterectomy they had results from checking the lymph nodes and it was clear. So I don't buy that she has been waiting all this time for the results. She is just trying to delay haydurs coming for her again and wanting to prolong all those delicious ass pats. She knew it was stage one way before the surgery, she just would never say it and she knows already its all clear. Otherwise, she would be telling everyone she needs more treatment and wouldn't be such a bitch on Twitter.

I know people handle things differently, but it was cringy watching her being so dramatic about all of it, especially on video where she kept telling us how much she was crying and editing in a way to get sympathy. She has not matured at all. She still acts like a 15 year old.

Not for everyone. For some people, opiates work as an upper. Percs and lortabs make some really talkative. Euphoric almost.
Maybe she's one of those. It would explain all the Twitter activity for sure.

Trufax. I'm guessing that, at best, she means spotting or, at worst, some kind of discoloured discharge*.

*Women normally have some kind of goop on any given day, just not of a strong colour.

I'll agree with one thing you said- the oxy is causing the Twitter rant.
Evidently she's one of the ones who get a talkative, euphoric rush from opiates. Totally see it. Been around it all my life.
Which means she will probably become hooked.
Addiction runs in her family anyways.
And she's already hooked on food so it isn't far out of the realm.
I agree. I know of people who get manic on Benzo's and fall asleep after drinking coffee - She does have a mood disorder whether or not it is actually Bi-Polar or a Personality Disorder with a bipolar type element. This would cause contradictory reactions to medications
In her video where she talked about taking Phentermine, she complained that it was supposed to give her energy, but had actually made her feel more tired, and said she had been told it could be a sign that she has ADD. Obviously she hasn't been diagnosed with ADD, but might it be more likely that she actually has that as opposed to being bipolar?
