The issue with race and culture and immigration into Scandinavia is that we're mostly dealing with three (or two, depending on how you want to view it) groups that they're trying to assimilate: Arabs, Africans, and Muslims. Racially these groups have an IQ on average that's roughly a standard deviation below your average ethnic Swede, Norwegian, etc. On top of that, when paired with a religion such as Islam and the discussion of culture and integration: how do you integrate Islam into what is essentially a very feminist society like what Sweden has? Do you ban Islam? Can you ban it? Good luck with that. And furthermore how does one reconcile that culture has a lot to do with race/IQ?
It's somewhat analogous to the discussion of wanting to put minorities into Harvard or Yale to fill a quota. Putting someone there who doesn't have the capability just isn't going to work out; getting thrown into a class there doesn't suddenly make you capable of performing to its requirements (much like the 'magic soil' thought process that many seem to wish for immigration). And not only does it set them up for failure, it hurts those who deserve to be there or who are being hurt by being around those who aren't capable (or willing).
If one is to look at the native population's perspective (which the mainstream doesn't like to do if the natives are white), why would I want a bunch of Muslims brought in? Am I supposed to really recite the 'but think of the food' meme religiously? Am I not supposed to have my in group preference like everyone else? Why should I want put up with the burdens of bringing in these radically different people (again, I don't believe that they're going to assimilate enough for it to even be woth the risk even if I WAS someone would wanted them [t]here)?
