Of course they'd want to stick to whether or not the place had balconies, the alternative would be to address why Monica never brought this up to Tammi Denbow when she reported Vic to HR. From the way she described it Monica passed through Vic's hotel room to get to the patio so it would be odd that she had a key to his room. (I think hotel rooms locked automatically even back in 2007. And even back then Vic was probably too nervous about fans to prop his door open for her.)
