Uh, I don't know if you're aware of this lady, but your protest wasn't all that peaceful. That one old lady you tossed paint onto and another that you harassed specifically because she was wearing a swastika yesterday (some of the blame's on her, but still), just to name a couple. Oh, and disobeying police orders and disregarding their warnings alongside that.

These people have no self-awareness whatsoever as per usual. The sky is blue and grass is green.

And to answer your question, I'm more passive about the Confederate flag thanks to current events. I still think its image was rightfully tainted by that church shooting and the United the Right rally.

However, Confederate history is OBJECTIVELY still American history. And I cannot in good faith erase history because it's uncomfortable.

Its should be apparent to you by now that even the slightest divide in cultures can create a culture gap, germans and anglos may be mostly brainwashed out of any tribal leanings, but italians and the irish still cling to our ancestry and history (which is why wops are actually willing to come out and defend statues of columbus in their community) and often form our own communities similar to chinatown.
We may mix together relatively as "whitey" but thats entirely due to the average european christian values and morality we share. Consider that integration is even less successful as half our country vehemently attempts to paint our entire history, foundation and culture as evil and actively attempts to dismantle it. Americas attempt at freedom and the so called "melting pot" has always been experimental, not some perfect system imagined by the founders that doesn't need to be modified in any way.

As for environmentalism, the republican party has been full of Big-Pharma-Oil-And-Israel type RINOs who only want a paycheck. And if anything look down their noses at the average american for not wanting the new-weimar republic of America.
The alt-right "edgy" sector was the only segment that was willing to host anyone who disagreed with neo-con globohomo oil-war shit, if you still had a fundamental belief in anything conservative. Its merely been co-opted by feds, dysgenics and homos like dicky spencer and milo. The entire "alt-right" name is just a catch all term on the left for anyone who isin't an absolutely mainstream pushover neocon. Surely someone on the left has figured out the same way right wingers have that the conservatives have failed since 1940 or earlier to stop the wonderful moral slide were all riding on.

I for one wish we could just cast off the ethnics so we can go back to focusing on real issues like fusion and nuclear, what the fuck were going to do when we drain this world dry of oil, how to get off this rock and disperse before a single Mass Extinction event can wipe us clean. Or the active subversion of our nation by multiple foreign influences like russia, china, (((Greatest ally))), Saudis, and etc is going to end up tearing us apart. I'm beginning to think that race issues are the ultimate bread and circus for a populace, until it results in a civil war of course.

To add to that, the message sent to people waving the Confederate flag is that it's a symbol that promotes racial inequality from America's past. I can't see any other reason why somebody from an Union state would fly it.

So, I'm of two minds about it.

To be fair, the consequences of the prohibition and mafia era, post 9/11 and cartels really got the ball rolling on this police arms race.

Racial inequality comes from genetics. It would take a lot of effort to fix. Tell me, were the Duke Boys white supremacists?

It's a symbol of rebellion, particularly against the federal government. Same reason these kids wear Chinese and Soviet shit. It's easy to detach the symbol's bloody history when you're using it as a middle finger to someone else.

this. women are constantly whining about equality, guess what, that's part of the package.
also make it a choice between military and civil service, even if it means just scrubbing antifag grafitti off public buildings.

although, knowing women and military they'd probably just get pregnant to get out of it. so best tie some benefits to it - if you serve your community and country it serves you in exchange (reduction in student loans for example).
