You could just as easily say that guy with the American flag was playing a "stupid game". These people hate any symbol that isn't their own. Nobody is asking you to adopt the swastika as a symbol, but playing this whataboutism game you're playing is a surefire way to let these rioters take control by inches.

Even with all the gassing, tire slashing, and Antifa-bashing, the cops aren't unreasonable about this stuff. If you calmly go up to one and say "I live in that apt, here's my ID with the address on it", they'll probably let you in. The only time I've seen cops not let in an actual resident is when a roped-off crime scene and evidence collection is involved.

Of course, if you come flouncing up with a camera phone and yell I LIVE HERE GO HOME QUIT YOUR JOB ACAB OMG WHAT THE FUCK, they'll probably be less inclined to let you hang out behind their lines.

Edit: talk about your coincidental timing, the streamer on Woke is whining "not everyone here is breaking the law, some of them live here!" Tough shit, see above. Don't join a mob if you don't want to get treated like a collective.

Right. It's already "playing a stupid game" to wear any kind of clothing or sport a bumpersticker supporting our lawfully elected sitting president in Portland. (A guy got his truck firebombed for having a Trump sticker a while back.) And now you could say, after the Bernie guy above and the black flag guy from the protests in July, that bringing the flag of our nation to a protest area is a "stupid game." So, what next? It's going to be a "stupid game" for white people to walk on certain streets? Or for someone to refuse to fly the logo or slogan of the preferred faction over their home or store? Or refuse to pay the "dues" to the local "charity"? To join a club that "everyone knows" is a "bad and stupid idea" to join? To let people know you go to church? To register with the wrong party?

It doesn't take long.

Nope. Which is why whatever they say she was wearing was immaterial. In the minds of this mob a woman taking a position they disagree with justified violent attack. The phrase "I disagree with what you say but I will fight to the death for your right to say it" has never been more true.

It's not a simple issue, that's for sure. Some edgy faggots do it for attention, but perhaps some folks from Union states might have ancestors that fought for the south. I know a few sons and daughters of the confederacy that live up north. (couple in montana, couple in south dakota)
