I'm curious now about her claim that 98% of black men being in prison without a trail. Can this be true? Did these men plead quilty or what? I don't know that much of the yankee justice system, but isn't it possible to plead quilty and just go to prison without a trail?

It's not. No idea where she pulled it from. I dug around and couldn't find anything anywhere backing up her claim. This source claims that 43% of black men are detained without bail pending trial, so technically 'being imprisoned without a trial'. I looked into how many black men take plea bargains and can't find anything explicitly giving statistics on exactly what percentage of black prisoners do it. This is the most informative thing I could find. She has to be pulling numbers out of her ass.
