I believe Miracide has been briefly brought up here before, but for those of you who don't know, she's a JoJo artist who has made lewd art of characters who are canonically underage. Apparently, the Bandori fanbase is one of those that screeches about making NSFW fanart of the characters. Don't know much about it, but I found a Bandori confession account flipping shit, and I figured it would be a good addition to this thread.
Basically, some person made a "confession" earlier today that they had pulled onto some lewd Bandori account's page and got on the soap box about how it was "CP" and all that shit, so naturally, the dude pulled up into their DM's and said this just to fuck with them:
Instead of, you know, blocking and reporting, they had to pull up into the Bandori confessions DM's to make a callout, knowing they'd make a post about it. Back when I was a kid, a popular saying on the internet was "Don't feed the trolls." What ever happened to that?
So, they made this post:
One of the two accounts called out wasn't even run by the guy who went the message. On top of that, both of the accounts are NSFW, and the Bandori confessions account plus its userbase are filled with minors. There were zero warnings about the accounts' NSFW contents, and they wanted their fans to go report the accounts, so they basically just exposed a bunch of children to porn. GG on protecting the kids.
The guy got multiple gore videos disguised as K-pop fancams sent to him, a tactic I've seen used by these moralistic fuckwads as of late to scare people. I think the irony is lost on them that they're no better than edgelords who do shit like this just to get a reaction.

Needless to say, her blocklist is absolutely extensive, and I can't say I blame her. The lengths these people go to harass her is insane, and I'm not just talking a select group clowning on her. The big problem I do have with this nonsense is that it's just as stupid as the anti-video game scare of the 1990's when video games such as 'Doom' was the blame for the rise of teen violence and even mass shootings (video games were blamed for the Columbine High School massacre).
It's pretty clear to me that fictional media in general doesn't make people go crazy or do terrible things.
This is not the first time that fictional media is blamed for any tragedies anyway. When Mark David Chapman was caught and put on trial for the murder of John Lennon, the novel 'The Catcher in the Rye' by J. D. Salinger did gotten blamed a lot and it's also because the novel supposedly inspired him to kill the late musician (hr quoted a lot from this novel) even though it's clear that the man was insane to begin with (he is a schizophrenic).
Also, if you really want to know why this is dumb, this is really not the first time we've seen books with controversial sexual themes before.
The most well known novel with themes of underaged sexual themes is 'Lolita' by Vladimir Nabokov and this novel has been in publication for decades and despite the controversy regarding the main themes of this book it's still sold readily and still can be found on libraries everywhere.

Well with the coronavirus going on, hopefully it leads to a big reset of power around the world. I'm watching countries with authoritative tendencies are now starting to lose their power as the money runs out. It's kinda hard to oppress others when you're broke then.
