as someone who actually went trough shit as a child i can assure you the only time i ever think about it in a "rationalized" way is when im feeling self destructive and harm my self by telling me its my fault and what not

if anyone tells you they do ddlg do cope with stuff that happend in their childhood theyre 99% lying because it does no good at all (not only based off of my experiences but also many others)
