Prepare for maximum "blah". I read a couple of food critics who tried Nutraloaf and they said it tasted very bland and almost of nothing.

"Blah" isn't too surprising given that its core ingredients (carrots, potatoes, oatmeal, cabbage) are pretty blah themselves and are the kind of food that only gets a flavor when you add a shitton of spices or let them soak in stew juices or something.
Ugh, now I'm having memories of the shitty stew my mom would make a lot when I was a kid and we were poor as shit. Mushy, stewed carrots and potatoes. Yech.

The preliminary hearing didn't happen, though, as reported earlier by @Saul Goodman. Presumably, it will be rescheduled at some point, or possibly has been waived without public notice. It is actually fairly common to waive a preliminary hearing.

Sounds like a good idea to me. I keep running here, thinking there's something new, and keep being disappointed. (You'd think I'd have learned by now...)

Going back to the docket (https://ujsportal.pacourts.us/DocketSheets/MDJReport.ashx?docketNumber=MJ-02206-CR-0000107-2015) it lists a specific public defender now. I'm fairly certain it didn't the last time I looked at it (a few days ago).

For those of you clamoring for the trial to begin just remember this: the longer the wait for the trial the longer he sits in prison, being miserable.

Pretty sure that's new, too. That answers the question about whether that document will update when information about the case updates. Apparently, it does.
Yes, but the longer it takes, the more likely it is that witnesses forget things, get cold feet, etc., which is why defense attorneys often try to put off the trial.

Nick was either getting a monthly shot because he could not be trusted to take pills. Without it he devolves into a schizotypal mess with cannibalistic urges. Shots that should just about be wearing off by now. Now, either the jail has the ability to keep up with the injections, which will keep things running smoothly, or they don't, and just start handing him pills, which he can hide in his hollowed out teeth or just straight up refuse to take. A schizotypal off his meds can complicate legal proceedings. A schizotypal off his meds in total isolation will destroy what little humanity Nick may have had, which benefits no one.

Yes he claims to have fantasies about eating people, however even with him being genuinely bonkers I am 99% sure most of that is him being a edge lord.

He DID write a song about disembowling children and force-feeding them their own intestines, but yeah. It's probably partly edge lord stuff.
Edge-lord videos I do hope comes up in the trial for the jury.

One would hope but they almost certainly wont, one of the more learned kiwi's said something in the last thread about them being to prejudicial and not directly relating to the case. If it was something along the lines of a direct admission I could see it getting in or attempted to be entered into the record but I haven't seen anything of his to that effect (so much of his older stuff is missing so there might be something to that effect I haven't seen) so don't hold out hope for it.

If you're the prosecutor and it's going to trial, you're going to try to introduce every little bit of that stuff. Even if you don't think it will all get in, enough will get in to make Nick look like a monster. And frankly, just the exposure to the material the judge will have from arguments about whether "Anally Raping Children" is prejudicial or probative will make everyone exposed to it absolutely hate Nick.
People aren't supposed to let that kind of stuff get to them, but they do, being human.
Just the possibility of going to trial on an almost capital crime with this kind of material getting introduced is enough to force a plea.
