You're confused. Title 3 of the PATRIOT Act puts the onus on banks to stop money laundering. They can and will use that as an excuse to remove anyone from their platforms.

The truth is, it is impossible to know why he was banned. Who did it, why they did it, if they did it for fear of actual criminal action or if it's just because they got a lot of complaints. It's impossible to know if they did it because someone from the ADL told them to or if they did it autonomously.All of that information is a trade secret.

1. Repeal Title 3 of the Patriot Act.
2. Require Payment Networks and Banks to process all ordinary transactions and onboard any person who has not been convicted of financial crime.

The Section 10/Section 3 stuff I am referring to is Mastercards Match list codes, not sections of the Patriot act. Dax claimed that he spoke to a lawyer who specialized in fighting MATCH list stuff and suspicon of money laundering was the official reason Mastercard gave.

I don't believe many of Dax's multiple explanations of what he claimed happened, he's changed his story multiple times. There is a video clip of Dax himself saying suspicion of money laundering is what the Lawyer told him on Nick Rekieta's show if some. I posted the PPP breakdown earlier in the thread but thanks to Ralph the channel it was on and the video were taken down and I'd have to dig deep into Rekieta's show to find the clip

I have a theory about NP2 and how it might've got canned. So on the 12th September 2019, Dick put up a tweet defending Cody Wilson, the 2nd amendment guy who was forced to pay a prostitute who lied about being of legal age and extended an invitation for him to call into his show. A few weeks later on the 14th October 2019, Maddox put up a tweet tagging Patreon and complaining about Dick "defending pedophiles".
