Community Munchausen's by Internet (Malingerers, Munchies, Spoonies, etc) - Feigning Illnesses for Attention

Normal testosterone levels for adult women are 8-60 ng/dl, and for adult men 240-950 ng/dl. So the lowest value for men is quadruple the women's. Considering that PCOS has slightly elevated values (ie way below men's), she's full of shit about PCOS too.

Is JanJan growing hair all over her body, experiencing male-pattern baldness and a deepening of her voice?

No? Well then.

(There are some extremely rare conditions that hit peri- or post- menopausal women that cause these testosterone levels and that's exactly what happens.)

Has gouty created some socks? I have him muted, but shiny new accounts are responding to him.
If you're talking about me, I'm no sock. I've been lurking on these forums for months now. Just decided to create an account to actually say stuff here.

Not saying I agree with gout 100%. I only believe that that streamer does some messed up shit that should be called out.

Post information or proof of the messed up stuff you think should be called out then. If you want someone to be talked about you need to show why they are worth talking about.

It seems like Janice is going to be / already has been diagnosed with PCOS. I don't know if this is the kind of dx you had in mind though. I think they are having difficulty conceiving and the most she has disclosed is that her testosterone level would be in the normal range if she was male.

(she never mentioned her clit being the size of a small penis though)

Last time I saw Jan was when her friend died (and she tried to hustle gift cards off her dead friends followers, lol!)

I kinda hoped doctorshopping your way to the grave while still in your early 20ies might be a wake up call for Jan, but guess not.

How is the husband of the dead munchie btw? I think he was a cop and Paul’s “best friend” Any news on him?

He got a new girlfriend a few months after Jacqui died and no one bothered to check after that because he wasn't a munchie.

That's just scare tactics, a low risk pregnancy (which that baby clearly was not, looks like some kind of chromosomal defect which should have been detected in utero) is safest giving birth at home, because a midwife is trained to know if the birth needs to be transferred to a hospital and if the mother and baby have been assessed properly during prenatal care, they rarely need to be. The problem with homebirth in America is that it is so looked down on, that there is no regulation for midwives, so you really have to do your research to make sure you're getting a CNM with a Masters degree vs a glorified doula who did an online course and now calls herself "midwife". Go to the UK and you'll rarely see an OB unless you're an extremely high risk case, because the midwives (who are all highly trained specialists) handle everything. It's a much better system that benefits the mother and baby as opposed to the hospital.
The baby in my avatar is named Luna and she does NOT have any kind of genetic defect that has ever been mentioned and she has been discussed and shared extensively in the Tard Baby thread here. She has severe brain damage caused by hypoxia from a homebirth. Her face is distorted because she suffers from massive swelling and has a shunt. Her condition causes the brain to become cysts filled with liquid. There is nothing going on in that head except perhaps pain due to her stupid whore mother's falling for the naturalistic fallacy in birthing and sacrificing that ideal ahead of safety for her daughter.
Your logic is faulty on midwife reputations in the US. They aren't unregulated there because it is looked down on. They're looked down on BECAUSE there are so many unregulated woo ones. Big difference. Your points about the US system overcharging and charging for endless dumb things is true but irrelevant because there are countries with universal healthcare that almost always have an OB at the birth, like Canada and Japan.
There have been metareviews on midwifery in the Netherlands and UK and even with a competent nurse-midwife, there are worse outcomes compared to hospital births with an OB. It's just logical to have a specialist right there for something so inherently risky as giving birth. Regardless of country and whether they have profit based or socialized medicare. Yes you could say nurse midwives are specialists but only specialist nurses not doctors. OBs are still superior. You should really bring this to the Tard Baby thread though, not here.

janjan is going to murder any kid they get. mbp comes from Munchausen's, the minute a munchie has a kid they'll focus their rage and strife outwardly. just the nature of this bullshit.

birthing talk belongs in the Tard Baby thread only. safe abortion is a wonder of modern medicine and should be more extensively utilized.

I’ve been considering Morgan’s current behaviors. It seems less like factious disorder and more like desperate hypochondria. I think I feel sad for her.
I haven't followed her super closely (since I was kind of late to the show, and there's A LOT to unpack), but my impression is that it's MBP for her mother which of course has messed Morgan up completely. So I guess now she is very much a hypochondriac, addicted and developmentally stunted (from being more or less isolated except from her parents for long periods of time). Maybe I'm way off with this though..

It seems to be inevitable, doesn’t it? All of the many, many, MANY munchies I have known well irl have shown clear and obvious signs of MBP with their dependants. I don’t know what’s the worst: watching them foster the same self-destructive bullshit attitudes in their kids, competing viciously for sympathy kibbles when their targets start to age out of control and assert independence by becoming even more obnoxious attention-seeking lunatics, or the compliance of the munchie’s squad of enablers and flying monkeys. Disgusting and depressing all round.

They should be strongly encouraged not to reproduce by the state. Maybe a lifetime supply of free weed and a framed certificate from the Queen or equivalent confirming that they are literally the sickest and bravest citizen ever for every munchie tubal ligation performed.

I have a gift for you today, and it’s a long one. My friend has been making a timeline on this person who they used to be friends with, and asked me to post it here on their behalf. Meet Drexel, a fat service dog handler and DID larper who is engaged to Jaye/NJ/pawsandlove.

DREXEL QUIN: A MUNCHIE REFORMED(?)

Drexel Quin is a transgender male (uses he/him pronouns) and is 20 years old. He lives in San Diego with his two dogs - Prince (AKC-certified poodle, service dog (in training)) and Benjamin (poodle mix, rescue dog, washed from service dog training in March 2019).
He is engaged to Jaye - the first public mention of this engagement was on Jaye’s instagram stories on his account @theshepherdcrew in July 2020. Drexel has not been publicly named as his fiancé, but this was privately confirmed by a friend of the couple.
Drexel has been on social media since 2015. He has over the years claimed a total of 39 mental and physical conditions, some of which are self-diagnosed or have no specified cause. He has expressed his desire for a feeding tube, liquid diet, forearm crutches, a wheelchair, a gastroparesis diagnosis, and to “be paraplegic.”
He is described as a “munchie reformed(?)” because in 2019-2020 he dialed back the malingering and e-begging, and mostly focused on posting dog photos. However, being engaged to someone like Jaye is reason to believe he is still holding on to manipulative behaviours.

How is the husband of the dead munchie btw? I think he was a cop and Paul’s “best friend” Any news on him?
[/QUOTE]

Judd moved his new girlfriend into his home pretty quickly. They adopted a dog together. He seems happy, and he deserves it. He's still a police officer, and the girlfriend also works for the department. I wonder if all of the "overnight" shifts he had towards the end of Jacquie's life were him spending time with this new woman. I wouldn't blame him one bit if he did.

It appears that Jan pissed off Jacquie's family and they cut ties with both her and Paul. Her behavior after Jacquie's death was inexcusable..

AUGUST
2nd - The most recent post on Jaye’s instagram, theshepherdcrew. Neither Prince nor Ben are pictured.
What a munchapalooza. Even “his” admissions to his lies are dripping with The Munch, god love the people around this insufferable doucher.

I know it’s still manipulation and still munchausens, but that kid is so young. She is doing every possible thing available in her power to express her needs... gender confusion, eating disorder, self harm, ect. This is a classic teenage girl story. I guess what worries me most is the engagement. Both of those people could use some emotional stability before getting together. That seems doomed to fail.

If talking about the Drexel Quin person, 20 is young in the scheme of a life well-lived, but it's also plenty old enough to be significantly personality disordered. It is up to this person to sort their shit out. Maybe they will, and I do actually hope most of them (munchies) do. But I will happily watch with popcorn until then.

Correct me if i'm wrong here, but as far as I recall, it's not possible to have multiple personality disorders simultaneously (STPD, BPD and DPD.). Some of the things most of these munchies diagnose themselves with are mutually exclusive.

STPD is normally characterised by avoidance and flat affect, while the other two disorders are the opposite.
According to the American Psychiatric Association,
Technically, according to DSM-5, a person can receive more than one personality disorder diagnosis. People who are diagnosed with a personality disorder most often qualify for more than one diagnosis. A person with a severe personality disorder might meet the criteria for four, five or even more disorders! In practice, clinicians usually recognize that meeting more criteria for personality disorders means more severe disorder.
