Not only did they have four years, you'd think with the resurgence of BLM they would pick literally anyone but Kamala Harris for VP. She was already considered electoral poison to the black community for her track record as a prosecutor and that was before the crazy virtue signal fest that is "anything but vocal support for BLM is violence" and mass panic over removing anything that could be considered anti black racism.

He didn't call COVID a hoax-- he called the Democrat response to COVID a hoax at a time when it wasn't clear that this was going to be a long haul situation, after Democrats and the MSM shifted gears and started taking COVID seriously (prior to that point, they'd been downplaying it the exact same way Trump was criticized for doing later on).
That aside, I've never gotten the sense that Trump was senile, much less had "senile moments". He's been unwise and dumb, but not non mentis compos.
And to be fair, the only senile moment that Biden's had has been... his whole campaign. So he's got that going for him, I guess.

Biden doesn't even choose what he eats for breakfast anymore. This wasn't Biden saying "I want Harris". This was the DNC saying "Ok, Uncle Joe, your running mate is Kamala now, be nice." and Biden responding with "Where's my prune juice, Jill? Jill? Did you bring me my prune juice? Oh, you're not Jill, are you?"
