Honestly, I hope they bring back the crowdfunded tank idea just so I can watch some cop toss a flashbang down the hatch on stream.

And if they do get a T-34, the libertarian militias are pretty much obligated to crowdfund a killdozer in response.

This story has literally every stereotype of joggers in it and proves there might be some accuracy to their community being complete degenerate trash. It also shows how these lockdowns are going to fuck over poor kids way more than the wealthier kids and in functional households. No one talks about all the abuse that is going unreported and all the child trafficking going on because we can’t go against the narrative that we must cower in our homes until Biden is president.

No, they goddamn fucking haven't. They were in Xel Ha or some other tourist park in the commercial district of Cancun, because much like Kingston, Jamaica, as soon as you leave the gated and protected (with extreme force) area, you will find yourself in an impoverished city that absolutely despises tourists and actively seeks any stupid liberal dumb enough to think they won't be robbed, raped, or murdered (not necessarily in that order). Cancun proper is scary. It's not as bad as Acapulco (Cartel reach hasn't captured Cancun, yet), but there are plenty of petty thugs and denizens who hate Gringos, their culture, and the idea they come to their land to vacation and act like their home is just a playground to shit on.

When I took intro to philosophy back in my first year of college the teacher in one lecture was talking about a book written by a Vietnam vet, sadly the author and book have been lost in my memory. In the book he wrote when it was a POW viet cong would talk about all the ills of the US to try and "convert" them to the VC side. The author made the following observation of his fellow POWs:
Those with little education it didn't work on because "FUCK YOU 'MURICA!" attitudes
Those with some education it worked on because it re-enforced the sins of America that they already learned about

14th amendment prohibits U.S. Born citizens from having their citizenship involuntarily taken from them (or rather it guarantees that it cannot be removed from them involuntarily).

Google Afroyim v. Rusk.

The only "exception" (which really isn't) is if the government can prove "unequivocally" (and separately from the other charges) a person intended to renounce their citizenship (which legally makes it a voluntary act). Which has never been done as far as I can find (Vance v. Terrazas). Which is what the above page you cited is referring to.

The only difference between a natural born citizen and a natural citizen is that only a natural born citizen can be President or Vice President (you have to be eligible to be President to be VP since they are basically a backup President in case he goes kaput). And the exceptions where fraud in applying for citizenship means you are not a citizen. However, in that case, they aren't revoking citizenship. You were just never a citizen in the first place since your application itself was fraudulent.

One has to take an action knowing that it is renouncing one's citizenship or where it is so obvious you are doing so that it would take an absolute idiot not to know it. Just voting in another country's election by itself doesn't qualify. The case doesn't entirely rule out losing your citizenship like that, but it would have to be under circumstances that made it clear that you were deliberately renouncing your citizenship by doing it.

What a story, very sad for those kids. She had her first child at 15, and went on to have five more. She also got into a new relationship and put it on Facebook. A non-private Facebook, at a time when her ex was getting out of prison for domestic violence. If she had just locked down her FB maybe this wouldn't have happened. I would think that she would be alerted to his release given that she was the victim. Unfortunately, she poked the bear with the public announcement of her new fiance. In a perfect world she should have been able to spread the happy news however she saw fit; however, we don't and she should have taken better precautions - if not for herself then for her children. I wonder what their fate will be, poor things.
