Power levelling time. I was diagnosed with fatty liver maybe 7 years ago. This was after some pretty hard party years at uni. Doc tells me to give up drinking. I do. 2-3 years later my liver numbers are back to normal. Since then my drinking has been with meals (1-2 standard, 1-2 times a week) and never going above 10 standard once every few months at parties vs uni (25 standard once a week, 10-15 another 1-2 nights). Tests show everything is fine at that level.

Ralph is at 2 BOTTLES of makers a day (roughly 63 standard). I think he's done and he probably knows that. As others have indicated in the thread, quitting would kill him and the damage is done. I think the 3 years being thrown around is being generous. He probably wont make 2022.

oh my god, i didnt really have a frame of reference for how much hes fucked himself physically. i legit thought it was just "ha youre unhealthy" memes. if you hate your life that much do something different idk. these people need locked away. say what you want about uber eats mundane matt isnt drinking himself to death to the point half a decade is a miracle for him
